One thing that bothers me is..

that Britney NEVER mentions non-single songs on her interviews. Like NEVER. Every time someone asks her favorite song on the album (which never happens anymore cause all questions are about her favorite vegetable  ect.) she says Make me. It feels like she is not even sure what songs are on the album

Well I do remember her bringing up some non-singles from Circus/FF, am I right?

Blame media training in the beginning of her career.  I'm sure she does love the song otherwise she wouldn't have chosen it as not only a single but a contender for the album.
