It will only count as a U.S. sale if you provide a U.S. address for them to ship it too, I'm pretty sure.

The best thing for you to do is to register with a package forwarding service. They will provide you a legit U.S. address for you to have your Amazon item delivered to, and when they receive your Amazon item they will forward it to you in your country. So your sale is completely America-based.
