Make Me Hot 100 Question- Please explain!

It's been sitting at #2 on iTunes for almost a week, and the sales are 95K (higher than debut week).  It's also up on streaming.

 

But Billboard just released its Hot 100 chart for the week of 9/10 and Make Me is 58 (-7).   When do this week's sales and streaming get counted?

next week. the chart is always released on tuesday and it concerns the previous week (logical).
