Start texting US radio stations to play Make Me...! Easy way to register a US phone number for free!

I saw people saying texting and calling radio stations are more useful, so I just found a site where you can make a free US phone number for texting and calling. I don't know if the DJs will know the number is a free one so they can ignore your request? But I just contacted my friend in the US and she said she can receive my text

 

1. Go to this website: http://www.textnow.com/

2. Sign up a new account (Click the button "SIGN UP FOR FREE" on the upper right)

3. Verify your e-mail address and enter an area code (for example, 626 or 646 in NY, 323 or 213 in LA, you can search it yourself on Google)

4. Text "Play Make Me by Britney Spears please, thanks!" to:
55100 (Z100), 41027 (KIIS FM), 69923 (92.3 AMP), 21015 (101.5 Phoenix), 51539, 41061, 22997, 69106, 96148, 31452, 29696, 97720, 53921, 37337, 77100 (Y100 Miami), 99338, 37530 (104.1 KRBE)

They are all big US radio stations.

If your English is good then you can call those stations I'm sure it will be more effective  

 

Edit: Britney just announced she will perform on this year's VMAs... So can you guys now request Make Me on radio? Get to work *******!

Hey do you know if Z100 will automatically text you back if you send them a message? I have texted them using the free number a few times but didn't receive anything back. Some other stations did auto text me back...

Yea z100 doesn't text back but it works they always text me back to only request once... Shady

These are the ones what worked: 6993, 21015, 51539, 22997, 96148, 29696.

 

Any chances you can update it with more numbers?

Some stations didn't text you back, but they did receive your request I think. The only number that didn't work for me is 69106. I'm not from the US, those numbers are all I can find at this moment. I will update the thread when I get new ones!
