I agree. People have no ears. When Perez Hilton compared mm to Selena gomez, I was like wow this guy really doesn't know anything about music. They're completely different sounds. I love Revival but I think Glory is turning out to be a better album.

Actually the very beginning of the snippet reminded me of The Heart Wants blablabla, which is not even from Revival, so... 

But I really think it's because of the midtempo beat and the whispered vocals etc., something that was not nearly invented by Selena
