I have no idea but they confirmed to me it would debut at #28 last week trust me

Yes, the spin gain is due to the AT40 debut.

If tomorrow it still gains >100 spins on pop  it will survive!

Not AT40 takes care of the song but radio stations tend to play it more when they see it enters Top 40 national chart
