I don't remember her previous "buzz singles" before her album release going top 20 on iTunes. I know it happened with FF but that's because the entire album was released and a lot of people purchased TTW/ IWG

There are four versions of the full album available:  Standard (12 track) censored, Standard (12 track) explicit, Deluxe (17 track) censored, and Deluxe (17 track) explicit.  There are copies of Make Me and Private Show on each of the four albums.  The actual song isn't any different, but the files are, so they're charting at different positions based on how well that version of the album is selling.
