I was just going through Britney's Instagram and I stumbled across this video again of her asking people to donate to hurricane sandy and she has her hair done, full makeup and is wearing a dress. We know Britney and it's not likely that she's got dressed up for nothing.

I think it's the same look from the instagram post when she was dancing with Lexie to "Vogue", and she captioned it "Pre-show warm up".
