We want Britney to sing live, we want her to learn harder choreogaraphies, release original mv for Make Me.. What could be strategy to send our thoughts to her?? What do you think? Should we write very often on twitter something like #britneypleasesinglive or smth else?? Does exist any way to wake up her??

The best we can hope is that her team or someone close to her reads Exhale and shares our thoughts with her. Her dancers read it before the BBMA performance so that's good.

One of her dancers posted a video on YT behind the stage of the BBMAs and they had Exhale opened, and I think they said that fans weren't happy with the setlist but it was too late to change it.
