I still like it more then that black swimsuit..it goes more with the theme and the songs..they need to stop changing for Blackout section and Slave, they should change Baby/Oops outfit and Toxic instead...

the outfit reminds me of the black Do Somethin leotard from the Circus tour because it's way too simple and as you said, looks just like a swimsuit

I actually loved the early black and white "dress", it was just not very flattering but her body is better now and with high boots it'd be her best outfit probably
