Ticket Master has too much power. A monopoly, really.
While ensuring "fans" do indeed have early access to tickets, when the masses all vie for concert tix at the same time for the same date, the prices surge due to elaborate algorithms. In other words, general floor admission tickets for Billie Eilish should be $150.00, but instead are surge-priced to $450.00 and assigned "Charity Platinum Tickets". This means that you are supposedly donating $300.00 to charity on TIcketmaster's behalf. This is absolute bull.
I'm not a HUGE Billie fan, but I do miss seeing live music. I guess I've come to the realization that if you want to see a big artist, you will pay big bucks and that's just the way it will be. Unless... do you think we could start a movement? I don't see it getting any better in the future, my future.
I hate capitalism.
Try not to abuse your power, Ticket Master.
