Britney Spears was awarded with the "Candie's Choice Style Icon" award, which was presented by Fifth Harmony. Besides that award, she was also nominated to Choice Song: Female Artist for Pretty Girls, but lost to Ariana Grande's One Last Time. Pretty Girls was also nominated for Choice Collaboration but lost to Taylor Swift's Bad Blood. She was accompanied to the ceremony by her two sons, Preston and Jayden, as well as her brother Bryan and her niece Lexi.

  6. On July 22, 2012, the Teen Choice Awards took place at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, and were hosted by Demi Lovato and Kevin McHale. Britney, Simon Cowell and L. A. Reid sent a message to Demi. It starts around the 4:40 mark.
