Nick Cannon is about to be a dad for the 11th time. The 42-year-old actor is set to welcome his second child with model Alyssa Scott, they confirmed on Thursday (November 3). The couple previously welcomed a son, Zen, who died at 5 months old in December of 2021. Alyssa shared a series of photos with Nick from the couple's maternity shoot together, posing naked in a bathtub. "This is a MIRACLE & a BLESSING 🤍," she captioned one of the posts. Another photo shows Nick kissing her stomach as she covers herself with her hands sitting in the water together.

On Wednesday night (September 14), the 41-year-old The Masked Singer host took to social media to announce the birth of his ninth child, which is his first with LaNisha Cole. Nick and LaNisha welcomed a baby girl, whom they named Onyx Ice Cole. "Introducing ONYX ICE COLE CANNON… Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth," Nick wrote on Instagram. "I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities. In this moment of celebration and jubilee, I wish to mute any low vibrational frequencies and only rejoice with the Highest Class of Civilization who are truly aligned with our purpose here in this dimension. We all learn so much from these Angels we call children." “I am learning that it is not the limited amount of time we have on this planet but it’s the limited amount of love that is the issue," Nick continued. "And I promise to love this little girl with all my heart, regardless what anyone says…I’ve given up on attempting to define myself for the world or society but instead I’m doing the work to heal and grow into the infinite Being God ordained me to be. Hopefully I can teach Onyx the same, to not let others shame or ridicule her with their outside opinions, because when they do they are only projecting their own harsh experiences, pain and social programming onto her unblemished beauty." Nick then went on to praise Onyx's mom, LaNisha, and asking people to not criticize her or the other mothers of his children. “As we all know I am not easily triggered and have quite tough skin and have always been an open book but not everyone in my family has that same level of strength," Nick wrote. "So I pray and ask others to please project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children. @MissLanishaCole is one of the most guileless, peaceful and nonconfrontational kind souls I’ve ever witnessed, and only deserves to revel in this moment of blissful joy of motherhood. Please give her that. She is so loving and pure hearted." Nick concluded, "As for me, if you are truly concerned during this time of Spiritual Warfare, my inner struggles with self, mental wellness and physical health concerns… Just continue to pray for me and my entire family that God will grant us Peace that surpasses all Understanding. 🙏🏾❤️" Onyx's birth comes several months after Nick welcomed his 8th child, son Legendary with Bre Tiesiin July. Nick is also dad to 11-year-old twins, daughter Monroe and son Moroccan, with ex-wife Mariah Carey, as well as 5-year-old son Golden "Sagon" and 20-month-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell. In June 2021, Nick welcomed twin boys Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heirwith Abby De Rosa. A month later, Alyssa Scott gave birth to Nick's son Zen, who passed away from brain cancer in December. Back in June, it was revealed that Nick and Abby are expecting their third child together before he confirmed that he and Brittany are also expecting baby No. 3.

The two have been spotted together lately and she was seemingly hiding her baby bump, via TMZ. The two already have two kids: a daughter, Powerful, 1, and a son, Golden, 5. Abby De La Rosa is currently expecting his ninth child, and due in October. Nick is also dad to 11-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He welcomed his eighth child, Legendary, with Bre Tiesi this summer.
