Hello, very bad, bad sl*** It's just another important thread from me that will most likely flop but whatever, I don't judge you I do The thing I will talk about here really can change your life and make you feel good. And it's totally nothing complicated. Just live your life in the present moment. ''Umm but how, you s xy b tch?'' - you may ask me. And I must admit I didn't understand what ''living in the present moment'' meant as well cause umm I literally lived in the present moment, right? Well yesterday I finally understood And it made me feel good and calm. People are always so busy thinking about the past, the future and other stuff, literally 24/7. When we eat, listen to music, walk, pee etc. most of the time we ignore these activities and instead of focusing on them and feeling them, we are too busy thinking. And that makes you unhappy. Thinking. Worrying etc. It's a normal thing to do tho, we can't just stop thinking forever, it's impossible. But it's nothing bad. We can just choose to focus on something nice and when mind again starts to wonder again, we just take our attention back to our, for example, breath. This is called meditation. There's thousand of ways to meditate. You totally don't have to sit in weird position or anything like that. You can meditate listening to Britney's music, eating your favorite food etc. How? Just stop everything you are doing, close your eyes (if you want to) and focus completely on, for example instrumental of the song you listen to. You can find amazing hidden things there, you can notice how beautiful the song really is. It feels great. Focus on this completely, don't do anything else. I was honestly shocked how Britney's songs are even more amazing than I thought before. Do this w/ few songs. When you eat, focus on the taste of it. Notice how it taste. If this is your favorite food it will feel so good. Do you ever focus on how comfortable you lay in bed? Probably not. So just notice it. And it will make you happy and calm as you don't think about anything else. YOU LIVE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT DOING THIS. You don't have to do that 24/7 obvi but you should do that everyday. You can do that w/ everything you want, even with peeing Maybe it will feel nice to you? Just feel. Just live. Don't think too much. Life is all about that It will change your life and you will fall in love with it
