On April 12, 2003, Britney Spears attended the 16th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. They took place in the Barker Hangar at the Santa Monica Airport in California. Britney was nominated for Favorite Female Singer, but Ashanti took the award. She also introduced the award for Favorite Male Movie Star along with Will Ferrell. 15 years later, on April 12, 2018, Britney was honored with the Vanguard Award at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards held in Los Angeles.
