  1. According to Britney’s Video director Chris Applebaum, Jodi Montgomery was involved in Britney’s conservatorship since her candies campaign in 2009. Chris states in his Instagram caption “while I was on set with her again to shoot candies, She (Britney) was surrounded by her dad, that Jodi woman and various minders”
  2. Until now Britney’s conservator of person (Jodi), conservator of estate (Jamie Spears) and former lawyer (Ingham) have been an united front working together to keep Britney in the conservatorship and voicing publicly her true feelings. Now that she has a lawyer who is actually advocating for her, what kind of power does he have? What kind of rights Jodi controls as the conservator of person? According to the court she can’t deny Britney from getting married or having babies. According to Adam Streisand (who tried to rep Britney 13 years ago) Jodi doesn’t have a right to prevent Britney from walking out of the door (driving) or posting online what she wants. Jamie can control Britney financially by refusing to pay gas for her car or phone bill. Since he controls the company that apparently owns Britney’s Instagram account, he may be able to decide what get posted and what not – although I’m not 100 % sure how copyright issues etc work in this case. Britney has a right for unrestricted and unmonitored access to her lawyer. This was said in the court documents. Rosengart can petition to remove Jamie and petition to end the conservatorship. He has to accept on Britney’s behalf Jodi’s extra security. He can give public statements on behalf of Britney. What else can he do?
  3. Britney Spears' personal conservator Jodie Montgomery asked the court to instruct Jamie Spears to pay for her security following storm that is going on since Britney spoke up! She also shows alleged text messages between her and Britney claiming Britney asked her to stay as conservator. --- "Since the June 23, 2021 status hearing, which was illegally broadcasted, streamed, and replayed to an incredibly wide audience, there has been a marked increase in the number and severity of threatening posts about Petitioner on all social media platforms as well as text messages, phone calls, and emails directed to the Petitioner personally. Many of the messages threaten violence and even death against Petitioner. Petitioner has forwarded (and continues to forward) these threatening communications to the security company retained by the Conservator of the Estate, Black Box Security, Inc. Security has determined the security risk to be serious enough to recommend that 24/7 physical security be provided to Petitioner on an interim basis in order to protect her from harm and until such time as Petitioner can make certain security improvements at her home office/ residence. 2. Physical security has been at Petitioner’s residence since June 30, 2021, being conditionally paid for by the Conservatorship Estate because it is cost-prohibitive for Petitioner to bear the cost of it personally. Jamie Spears, as Conservator of the Estate, has conditioned the providing of security to Petitioner on: (1) Petitioner obtaining court approval for the security, and (2) Petitioner agreeing that if, for some reason, court approval is not obtained, that Petitioner agree to pay back the cost to the Conservatorship Estate. 3. The cost of physical security, although deemed urgent and necessary at this time for Petitioner, is cost-prohibitive for Petitioner to personally bear. Unless and until this Court approves the expense, Petitioner remains personally liable for it. Thus, we are asking this Court to approve the expense as soon as possible via this ex parte petition."
