  1. Britney Spears' first husband, Jason Alexander, posted videos about the pop star weeks after being hit with a three-year restraining order, Radaronline can confirm. Alexander was subsequently ordered not to contact his ex after prosecutors in Ventura County hit him with a felony stalking charge in addition to battery, trespassing, and vandalism. He later pleaded not guilty at his arraignment following his arrest at her multimillion-dollar home, ultimately changing his plea to no contest while his felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism charges were dismissed. Although a judge ruled that Alexander cannot reach out to his ex or contact her, he took to his Instagram Stories with throwback videos that he previously shared about Spears on Monday. Alexander, who Spears was married to for 55 hours before their annulment in 2004, re-posted a clip shared in April, showing carvings of their names in wood that he did while gazing out at the ocean. Another re-posted clip showed their names written in the sand before the water washed it away. Alexander also recently appeared on PodcastOne's One Degree of Scandalous, claiming the singer called him on the phone just days before she tied the knot.

  3. I hate giving this man any attention…but, Jason Alexander posted on Instagram that he did an hour-long episode on Podcast One talking all things Britney. He’s another person in a long line of people exploiting Britney and her situation. He says the podcast will air on Wednesday with hosts Kato Kaelin and Tom Zenner. Maybe, if she lurks here, she will see this (if she isn’t already aware). She could possibly get Rosengart involved since she has an active restraining order against him (not sure if that covers interviews, etc). Anyways, I’m concerned for Britney because of all the people going to the media. Britney can’t catch a break. 😔
  4. I didn't want to create this thread!.... But I simply do it with the purpose of informing you about something that I just saw, and I'm hallucinating... If any Mod wants to close this thread I will understand immediately, but it is not a good idea to look away from the enemy. JA, its free, but... He still has the same mentality that got him in prison, I don't think a restraining order will stop him from doing something stupid again, his old IG is being investigated, so he has a new one, I also want to say, his ´´fans´´ are still motivating him to '' FREE BRITNEY '' If any of you have a way to communicate with Rosengart it would be great for him to be informed or the judge who allowed him to be free These are your Hashtags
  5. TMZ broke the story ... Jason had a felony warrant out for his arrest in Napa County when he got busted in June at Britney's ceremony. Cops in Napa say Jason swiped a $2,000 bracelet from a woman there in 2015 when he was a houseguest. Speaking to DailyMail.com
  6. Alexander, 40, pleaded no contest Thursday to aggravated trespassing and battery, both misdemeanors, according to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. He was confronted by a security guard, who tried to remove him from the premises. Alexander battered the guard and also damaged a door during his attempt to enter the home, authorities said. According to online court documents, Alexander was credited with time served for the 64 days he spent in Ventura County jail since the arrest. He was also issued a criminal protective order prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of both victims. "We're happy with the result," said Erin Meister, the supervising deputy DA who prosecuted the case. "The defendant accepted responsibility for what he did on June 9 — he ended up spending two months in jail — and the victims' priority was the protective order," Meister said. This story may be updated. Ventura County Star
  7. Britney Spears’ embattled ex-husband made an appearance in court Tuesday - nearly two months after he filmed himself crashing her California wedding while armed with a knife. The proceedings saw Alexander - who has been in jail since his arrest on June 9 - read the litany of charges he is facing for the ill-thought out infiltration, which include felony stalking, refusing to leave private property, vandalism, and battery. Alexander, 40, appeared somewhat anxious and even somber at times during the proceedings, seated upright in a tense position as he appeared before the judge. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted. After the attack, Spears was granted a restraining order against her former beau, after she and Asghari told cops that Alexander was carrying a knife when he was arrested. One of Britney's security team also said Alexander entered had tried 'multiple times' to open the singer's locked bedroom door on the second floor of the mansion, with the Ventura County Sheriff's Department later confiscating a box cutter and other items from Jason. One of the security guards involved in the incident was also granted a restraining order against Alexander. Following his arrest, a judge ordered that he would not be allowed ‘to contact, annoy, harass,’ Spears and her new husband, a personal trainer from Iran, and not to come within 100 yards of them for the next three years. If he does post bail, Alexander would not be allowed to buy or possess any firearms or other dangerous weapons and any he already has would have to be turned in. He will next appear in court on August 15, where at which point jurists will compile evidence against Alexander in preparation for his trial. 🔴 SOURCE: Dailymail
  8. Page Six says Jason Alexander entered a not guilty plea on all counts, including one felony count of stalking with a prior domestic violence conviction and three misdemeanor counts of aggravated trespassing, refusing to leave private property, vandalism and battery. He denied the special charge allegation during Tuesday’s arraignment. Alexander’s next hearing is a pretrial conference scheduled for Aug. 2. He remains in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail and faces up to five years in prison if convicted. https://pagesix.com/2022/07/12/jason-alexander-pleads-not-guilty-after-crashing-britney-spears-wedding/
  9. Jason Alexander, has officially entered a not guilty plea after attempting to crash the pop star’s wedding last month, Page Six has learned. Ventura County Senior Deputy District Attorney Erin Meister tells us Alexander, 41, was arraigned Tuesday on the criminal complaint in Ventura County Superior Court, where he appeared from jail via Zoom. He entered a not guilty plea on all counts, including one felony count of stalking with a prior domestic violence conviction and three misdemeanor counts of aggravated trespassing, refusing to leave private property, vandalism and battery, also faces a special enhancement charge because he was on probation for an unrelated case out of Tennessee at the time of his alleged crimes in California. He denied the special charge allegation during Tuesday’s arraignment. Alexander’s next hearing is a pretrial conference scheduled for Aug. 2. He remains in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail and faces up to five years in prison if convicted. According to one of Spears’ security guards, Alexander tried “multiple times” to open the singer’s locked bedroom door on the second floor of the mansion but was unsuccessful. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department eventually responded to the alleged break-in and arrested Alexander, confiscating a box cutter and other items from his possession. At the June 27 preliminary hearing, Alexander’s public defender argued that the felony stalking count against his client should be lessened to a misdemeanor because there was insufficient evidence that he was there to harm Spears. The judge disagreed and upheld the charges before ruling that Alexander would remain behind bars. Shortly after the ordeal, Spears, 40, was granted a restraining order against her ex and fired her security team. 10. Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander wrote a handwritten note to his former mother-in-law Lynne detailing his hopes to "make things right with the past" and delivered it before being arrested for breaking into the pop star's home on her wedding day. The letter was not dated — although it appears to be somewhat recent — and insiders told RadarOnline.com that Alexander had delivered it to Lynne's home. Given that he is still in custody for crashing Spears' nuptials, it's certain that he dropped off the note before the pop star's nuptials on June 9. We should also point out that Lynne, Spears' father, Jamie, plus her sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, were not invited to the wedding. "Mrs. Lynne, I've got God back in my life and I felt God lead me to write to you, and I want to make things right with the past. My heart has been touched with God's truth and I am on a new journey now," Spears' former spouse began his message. "You know that we both have been through hell and back, so this isn't me reaching out to bring pain or hate. This is me starting fresh with every part of my life and you are part of that. I'm sorry for breaking the NDAs and having unforgiveness towards the past with Britney and our past relationship," he penned, citing Proverbs 16:25 from the Bible. "'There's a way that appears to be right, but in the end, it leads to death' — I'm done with anything that isn't Godly and I mean to live in freedom. This is freedom to write this to you and just know that I respect your family, privacy and I pray healing and peace for you," he concluded. "'Peace I leave with you ; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.' John 14:27." Alexander has pleaded not guilty, RadarOnline.com can confirm, and he now faces up to three years behind bars if he is convicted. RadarOnline.com has learned that Ventura County Judge David R. Worley ruled that there is enough evidence against him to take the case to trial.

  12. I came across a twitter post saying it isn't talk about enough, and it really isn't. Jason has claimed for quite some time that he has been in contact with Britney. I believe he's been claiming it since 2019/2020ish. Then Billy B got a hold of "Britney's" number and was giving us almost daily updates. I don't know what the latest is with him. He went awfully quiet. So, who the hell is it? They are partly responsible for an absolute sh-t show and need to be held accountable. And, I think it's more than clear now, and has been since the beginning, that Britney is not, and has not, been in contact with Jason Alexander in any capacity for YEARS. If you believe she has been, even after seeing the absolute joy and happiness from her wedding, kindly exit this thread and log out of Exhale altogether.
  13. Stalker ex friend Jason Alexander has fans concerned as he posts a story of what looks like outside britney’s property. UPDATE: Vicky T responds on twitter and says security are aware. Related:
