  1. Rosengart sent a letter to Weingarten on March 2 and brought up the allegations against Weingarten by women who said he had bullied/***ually harassed them.
  2. Jamie Spears filed an appeal, demanding Britney sit for a deposition and answer the allegations she's made about her conservatorship case despite the judge previously ruling she shouldn't have to. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Jamie says it's unfair the court ruled he had to sit for a deposition while Britney can get away without having to sit for one. The docs state, "The right to take a deposition can rarely be denied. In California, discovery is a matter of right." Jamie's legal team also argues Britney and her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, did not establish good cause to justify prohibiting her deposition ... especially given the fact she made countless claims against Jamie for wrongdoing. Jamie says if the court had an issue with Britney's deposition, it could have limited the topics or questions covered ... but instead, it just shut her deposition down altogether. Jamie's legal team says the one-sidedness in the trial judge's ruling violates basic fairness ... that if one party has to sit for a depo, the other party should as well. The trial judge ruled whatever Jamie wanted from Britney could be obtained through writing. His legal team clearly feels that could apply to him as well, and now they're gunning for equal treatment -- he sits for a depo, then she should as well.
  3. Britney Spears’ dad Jamie has rushed back to the court objecting to the pop star’s use of an ex-FBI special agent in their court battle, RadarOnline has learned. As RadarOnlinepreviously reported, earlier this year, Spears’ powerhouse lawyer Mathew Rosengart submitted a declaration by a former FBI agent named Sherine Abadi. Abadi works for the investigative firm, Kroll Associates Inc. In the declaration, Abadi corroborated the claim that Spears’ father Jamie had spied on her during his time in charge of her conservatorship. She said Jamie, “engaged in and directed others to engage in unconscionable violations of [Britney’s] privacy and civil liberties.” Abadi noted that her findings “raise criminal implications” for Spears’ father. The declaration was used as part of Rosengart’s motion accusing Jamie of taking more than $6 million from Spears’ estate and using “his role as conservator to further his own personal and business interests.” The former FBI special agent reached her findings after speaking to Alex Vlasov, who worked for a security firm hired by Jamie. He revealed the team was instructed to put listening devices in Spears’ bedroom and monitor her text and phone calls. The report read, “The Black Box employee who placed the secret device in [Britney’s] bedroom explained to Mr. Vlasov that he did so by duct-taping it behind furniture so it could not be seen and that he added a separate battery pack to the recording device to permit continuous recording for a longer period of time.” Vlasov accused Jamie of reading Spears’ messages between 2016 and 2018. In his new motion, Jamie said the entire testimony should be stuck because it is “inadmissible.” His lawyer argued the declaration “violates Jamie’s due process rights” and “serves no proper or legitimate purpose.” Ebadi has no personal knowledge of the “facts” contained in the declaration. Ebadi instead relies on inadmissible hearsay to compensate for her lack of personal knowledge,” Jamie’s lawyer added. “But, Ebadi had zero involvement with Britney at any relevant point.” Jamie demanded Abadi’s testimony be stuck immediately. A judge has yet to rule.
  4. So as per Tweet : Little birdies 🕊told us K-Fed was paid off by Jamie Spears to do this coordinated PR push to take down Britney. It’s not going to work 🚫 And I really believe it !
  5. Judge Brenda Penny on Wednesday ruled that Britney Spears will not have to sit for questioning from Jamie Spears's team in a major win for the singer. Her father's legal team had previously requested that she be deposed, but the judge determined it would be unlikely to produce relevant, first-hand information related to ongoing petitions in the case. Alex Weingarten, an attorney for Jamie, said in court on Wednesday that Jamie Spears "did right by his daughter." "The truth will come out and he will be vindicated," Weingarten said of Jamie Spears. "He did this for – not to – her, to protect her from Rasputins and Svengalis." Jamie Spears has long argued that he took control of his daughter's life in order to protect her physical, emotional, mental, and financial health. But in the months since the conservatorship was ended, Britney has railed against the arrangement, accusing her father of a slew of abuses, which he has denied. During the Wednesday hearing, the lawyers also bickered over a ruling that would have provided Jamie Spears's legal team with his daughter's home address. The singer's team opposed the ruling, arguing that it was irrelevant and an "intrusion of privacy," especially in the aftermath of a stalking incident at Britney's June wedding, during which her ex-husband of 55 hours, Jason Alexander, attempted to crash her wedding carrying a knife. Jamie Spears's team had argued that they needed the address after alleging that Britney's counsel was signing documents on her behalf while she was out of town. 🔴SOURCE : INSIDER

  8. According to Jamie Lynn Britney bought a house for Lynne on the condition that she divorce her father. Lynne agreed but lied to Britney and didn't divorce him at the time, Jamie lived in that house since day one according to Jamie Lynn and he didn't want to live there because Britney paid for the house. What do you think about that?
  9. Jamie Spears continues to bully, humiliate and harass Britney. He filed a motion to compel Britney to sit for a deposition (despite Britney having to endure years of his abuse). Interestingly, Jamie has avoided Mathew Rosengart's requests to participate in a deposition of his own, which would address fiduciary mismanagement, secretly surveilling Britney in her home and more. Jamie says he'll agree to sit for a deposition, but only if Britney does. The court docs read: "Britney continues to make public social media posts containing incendiary allegations of various factual matters. Britney's knowledge and testimony regarding the allegations in her pleadings, the statements her lawyers have made on her behalf in public court filings, and the matters she has posted to social media concerning those same allegations and statements are fair, reasonable and appropriate topics for deposition." Once again, Jamie is trying to control what his estranged daughter does, refuses to let her be free, and won't cooperate. Thumb cred
  10. Lou Taylor said in her demand letter she had nothing to do with the planning or creation of the conservatorship and wasn't hired until a year after it was put in place. Below is video footage of Lou with Jamie Spears on February 4th, 2008, around the time the conservatorship was put in place. Someone needs to send these videos to Sam Ingham Related:
  11. Britney Spears‘ legal team said the singer is “ready for vengeance” as they spoke out ahead of Judge Brenda Penny’s decision to end the singer’s conservatorship on Friday. The singer appeared virtually at the court hearing which decided once and for all that her conservatorship will end completely with immediate effect. As The Sun reported, her father Jamie Spears was suspended as her conservator in September. A member of Britney‘s legal team told The Sun ahead of the hearing: “Britney and Mathew fully believe that if all goes according to plan, she will be a free woman by the end of the day. “She has been emotional all week and was crying last night both happy tears and tears of joy. I think she doesn’t fully believe it’s coming to an end yet after so many years of pushing and fighting. They added, “She keeps saying ‘I can’t believe it’s really happening’ and I don’t think it will sink in until after the hearing.” READY FOR VENGEANCE The source added that Britney, 39, is feeling ready for justice after spending 13 years of her life under the extremely restrictive conservatorship. “She spent years afraid of her father but she’s not afraid anymore. She’s confident and ready for vengeance and with her new team around her, that’s exactly what she is going to get.“ they told The Sun. https://www.news.com.au/world/north-america/britney-spears-is-ready-for-vengeance-after-being-freed-of-her-conservatorship/news-story/83a1ff5cc41f6c9a7d415df2b1d9a109
