  2. So I have been watching the charts like a hawk, always planned to buy today (Thursday) and I have been opening the song on iTunes to go to its purchase page, and all week, the single’s purchase page has not been loading correctly for me when I try to visit it from the banner. Is anyone else seeing this or having this issue? Every other banner in the whole rotation works properly for me with the exception of only Hold Me Closer and as a Britney fan it’s just a little frustrating so I felt I’d make a topic. it loads the artwork but does not list the song underneath, so you can’t preview it. This is from an iPhone, in the iTunes Store when opening it. I found a workaround, if you go to the banner and then leave the iTunes app, open another app, and then go return to the opened iTunes app, the song will finally load. But a workaround isn’t the point. Just seems like there’s always something at play to prevent Britney from achieving success. and kworb is down suddenly after how many years? I’ll update with a picture!
  3. Hey yall, so on Twitter a lot of stans are doing Piece Of Me buying party on iTunes to maybe somehow get it on top of it's charts. If we can make it at least chart on iTunes top songs it would be a goal. Piece Of Me is the most bought digital song from the Blackout album in the United States. Currently the sales are 1,911,000 For Piece Of Me while Gimme More has 1,888,000 digital sales. Break The Ice has 794,000 digital sales. Hope yall tune in buying Piece Of Me on Friday.
  4. There's a streaming and buying party going on in Britney community. If you can buy the song please buy the remix on iTunes so it could reach number #1 on iTunes U.S.
  5. Over the last few days, Mexican singer Thalia has celebrated the digital release of her first three records, which original came out three decades ago. On January 31, they occupied the top two positions on the Mexican iTunes chart, as well as the #4: Thalía (1990) - #1 Love (1992) - #2 Mundo de Cristal (1991) - #4 These three albums were Thalia's first solo efforts after being a member of one of the biggest Latin American pop bands, Timbiriche, from 1986 to 1989. Released through the now defunct record label Melody / Fonovisa, they had been absent from digital stores, until last week. Parallel to her singing career, she was the co-host of a TV show in Spain, VIP Noche, and in 1992 she starred on what would be one of the most successful gigs of her career, the "María's Trilogy" of telenovelas, three soap operas that were seen by more than 2.2 billion people around the world across 182 countries: María Mercedes (1992), Marimar (1994) and María la del Barrio (1995). Her last telenovela would be Rosalinda in 1999. In 1994 she signed with EMI, with which she recorded 7 studio albums, and since 2012 she's released 6 more studio albums, this time with Sony Music, as well as two live albums.
  6. Britney's second album turned 20 years old today and has moved over more than 500 spots on the iTunes US album charts currently sitting on #180. Keep buying and streaming the album! Happy birthday Oops!...I Did It Again! UPDATES: -6PM: #176 -7PM: #145 MAY 17th: -2AM: #119 -7AM: #116
  7. Madonna only authorized one album in her huge catalog, 1994's Bedtime Stories, is being sold at the discount price of $4.99. She isn't even promoting it! We were talking about how labels have to find a solution to improve pure sales. Honestly. $4.99 is obviously what people are willing to pay for an album. Anyway this morning alone. Bedtime Stories started at #482. Then in two hours once fans started a #JusticeForBedtimeStories campaign. It jumped eventually climbed to #1! It's the only Madonna album in the iTunes top 100. Many rebel hearts noted it's the only one being sold at $4.99. Many believe that she had final say since the album is through her record label Maverick. Oddly enough... only iTunes is participating in the sale. This just proves the price is what's appealing to consumers to buy decades old albums that's available to stream. Congrats, Madonna!
