Personally I think its really dumb that they went for First and Second degree ******. There is no way he will get it. The media has been very one sided and are acting like there is no way he wont burn. Because of that everyone will be totally shocked when he doesnt get life in prison and cities will burn. Any lawyers here? What do you think of the trial? With these facts being shown in court but kind of ignored by media Im sure a summer of burning cities is ahead of us. Floyd also had Covid19 Dr. Baker clarified that “homicide” on an autopsy simply means that the death occurred during interaction with another person, but it doesn’t mean that person caused the death. He also clarified that the cause of death was cardiopulmonary arrest “complicating” law enforcement subdual, which means “in the setting of” subdual, which also does not mean that the subdual caused the death. Friend who was supposed to testify refused to because he was his **** dealer and could be found responsible for his death. There is video footage showing Chauvin had his knee on Georges back, not his neck, George already claimed he couldn’t breathe while not in any hold sitting in the car and while talking without issue Chauvin was surrounded by individuals making threats. Chauvin was using less force in the situation than he was authorized to use Police get taught the same hold that Chauvin performed in Police Academy (He wasnt there when it was taught but a collegue could have shown him)
