On January 22, 2002, Britney Spears Live from Las Vegas, Britney's fourth video album, was released through Jive Records. The video was recorded from her Dream Within a Dream Tour performances in Las Vegas on November 17 and 18 in 2001, and it was originally broadcasted on HBO on November 18. The broadcast won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Limited Series, Movie, or Special in 2002 and a Japan Gold Disc Award in 2003. The video album topped the Billboard Music Videos chart in the US, where it sold 200,000 copies, and it was also #1 on the Australian and Mexican charts, where it was certified Platinum and Gold respectively.
