  1. TMZ and Page Six lied about why Bam Margera was put into custody. BJ obtained body camera footage. They set him up. The guy who called the cops in the video is a convicted criminal of fraud. He works for the facility where Bam was imprisoned. Bam's family is complicit. Just like Britney, they use his son to control him. He was waiting for his son before cops arrived. #freebam
  2. Reporters at inewsource are working on stories about what it’s like to manage serious mental illness in San Diego and Imperial counties. We’re going to examine mental health conservatorships, mental health courts and psychiatric holds known as 5150s and tell stories about when these processes have helped or hurt people. We know there are relatives who have been struggling to get their loved one help — even if that person, because of their mental illness, doesn’t realize or accept they need it. And the longer an illness goes untreated, the worse it can get. Conservatorships and mental health holds are sometimes used to manage these cases, not always to the best end result. We want to learn about when these tools have or have not worked, and the challenges families experience when faced with these options. California law allows people who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness and deemed “gravely disabled” to be placed under mandated treatment. That means family members or often, a public guardian employed by a county office, make medical treatment decisions for a person such as forced medication. Sometimes, a person can be placed in a locked psychiatric facility. One important note: We’re not looking into the kind of conservatorship that people most commonly associate with Britney Spears (that’s called a probate conservatorship and is commonly used to to help older adults and people with developmental disabilities). Instead, we’re investigating what’s known as LPS conservatorships, a nod to the Lanterman-Petris-Short Act. That state law also governs 5150 holds. We know this is a divisive issue. People are concerned about civil liberties for mentally ill people, the quality of care and if these conservatorships would be used to get people experiencing homelessness out of sight. As family and friends experience obstacles in a complicated and insufficient system, they too must deal with a range of emotions — from anger, frustration, sadness, hopelessness and all the feelings in between. They’re trying to convince their loved ones they need help, and at the same time they’re trying to convince people with the authority to get them help that the situation is dire enough that they must step in. The answers are not clear. And some solutions that have helped some may not work for others. We want our reporting to show the complex reality people are facing every day — and to hold institutions accountable when they fail. We’re eager to hear from you if you live in San Diego and Imperial counties, and you or your loved one has been diagnosed with the following mental illnesses to help shape and inform our upcoming investigations: Schizophrenia Bipolar disorder (manic depression) Schizoaffective disorder Clinical depression Obsessive compulsive disorder Chronic alcoholism Even if you aren’t familiar with conservatorships, we want to hear from you. We also want to hear from you even if you want to stay anonymous. the short survey below: https://inewsource.org/2022/07/07/help-conservatorships-reporting/
  3. Jamie's lawyer said the quiet part out loud in court this month. He said, "let’s remember why this conservatorship was created. Britney Spears was irresponsible with her money.” Well now, isn't that saying the conservatorship was founded on fraudulent pretenses since the paperwork submitted was for conservatorship of the PERSON due to HEALTH. A financial only conservatorship would not have imprisoned Britney, put in IUD, drugged her, restricted her parenting etc. To say she was stripped of her rights and dignity because of "irresponsible spending" is a HUGE slip of the truth imo. Can this be used against Jamie et al later? I hope so 🙏
  4. She knew she was clout chasing and that by calling a public doctor, it would get out to the public and create more controversy surrounding her daughter. That b@stard witch is now out of her life thank God.
  5. I suggest we stop saying things like "Lou is powerful". Bullies can send legal threats or sneak around slandering, smearing or manipulating. But they thrive in the dark. When nobody sees and nobody does anything. They are exposed, dirty tricks are exposed, they are scrutinized and therefore have lost the advantage of sneaking like cockroaches in the dark. Let us stop giving them any power or energy. If she threatens anyone we have to expose her, like Netflix did.
  6. Britney’s extremely low net worth of barely 60 million dollars is baffling considering all that she has accomplished over the last 25 years. I honestly believe that the $600 million dollars that Lou Taylor’s financial company received in 2020 is, in fact, all Britney’s money. If you calculate the total earnings that she has made from albums, concert tours, the Vegas residency, promotional material, and business ventures...it adds up to over $600 million! That’s not including the royalties that she earns from her music. I read that she was actually earning 1 million a week from music royalties as recent as 2014. It’s clear that the conservatorship has access to more money than what was reported in court documents. If this ridiculous conservatorship is revoked, can Britney reclaim all the money that her team has kept hidden from her? Better yet, will Lou Taylor’s company return the $600 million? It would be shocking if the rest of her money permanently gone considering that she worked very hard for several years.
  7. It is a frightening thought, but at this point, Britney, to her handlers, is worth more dead than alive. I think that deep down, we all know it—just like deep down, we all knew most everything Britney's confirmed. The main problem, aside from the fact Britney should no longer be under c-ship, is that most everybody around her is compromised. Her own father is compromised and has reportedly made 12 million dollars from the c-ship. He recently stated it is up to the court to decide whether or not the guardianship ends, but he did check that "unable to resist fraud or undue influences" box. Her own court-appointed lawyer is compromised; would the c-ship end, he would no longer be making $10,000 or so per week, and that's why he's dragging his feet. K-Fed is compromised or he would never have asked for up to $60,000 in child support (one would need to be very naïve to believe his explanations). Jodi Montgomery is also compromised, and I do not buy her latest statement one bit, even if some legalities are true. Britney herself stated Jodi has been acting more and more like her father, and I'll believe her over anyone that has such a big financial incentive. As for Judge Penny, she's also obviously quite corrupt, keeping Jamie as financial co-conservator even after Britney's shocking and truthful declaration. Britney's made it very clear she is not going to resume her recording and stage activities until this whole charade ends, and that not only means Jamie being ousted as co-conservator, but the whole c-ship altogether coming to an end. Jodi claims that the plan is to get Britney to a place where she no longer needs this legal state, but this is all bull! What care plan? What care? Britney's confirmed it is not care but torture—emotional, medicated and physical torture. As a matter of fact, this so-called "care" has inflicted anxieties and phobias she did not have. It is now a vicious circle; she must be free of mental issues in order to regain her freedom, but this "care" is impacting her mental health and causing more and more issues and distress! The longer she remains under c-ship, the more it is going to impact her negatively—this guardianship needs to end now! Not in two months, not in six months, not in three or five years... But now! And no more talks about baby steps. It's been 13 years!!! We need giant steps. She was in her mid-twenties when locked in it, and she's now 39! She's therefore spent her whole thirties under an abusive and ******ic c-ship! It is definitely akin to s** trafficking! Even many cold-blooded murderers (incl. those guilty of taking the lives of Trayvon Martin, Philando Castile, Daniel Shaver, Tamir Rice and so on) ended up getting much, much gentler treatment or completely getting away with it. If Britney is still considered gravely disabled, unable to resist fraud or undue influences, unfit/not equipped to live on her own, not stable and sound enough or what else, it will always be the case. A "care plan" to take her to "stability" is nothing but a lie and an illusion to keep the charade going. And since Britney will not generate them big revenue again, she has therefore become expendable to them. This sounds like "Illuminati/conspiracy" talk, but didn't Britney just confirm what many thought were conspiracy theories? She confirmed the conspiracy to keep her locked up forever... Or worse! They could have killed her with that lithium. If, God forbid, something were to happen, you know what they'd say... "Overdose," "health problems," or something similar, just like they said about Marilyn Monroe, Brittany Murphy and so on. Most people do believe the official narrative, and for that reason, material released by the Britney Estate (incl. compilations of unreleased material, movies, books and Cirque du Soleil tours) will sell a whole lot. Want proof? Michael Jackson’s Estate Has Made $1.7 BILLION Since His Death Even in death, Michael Jackson's estate made S$2.3 billion Some are already predicting Britney's demise for the month of October... The only way out of this is for a higher authority, a higher court, some high-ranking politicians and lawyers to look into it, intervene and override Penny's decisions. But is that even possible? I think so. Question is... Will that ever happen?
