  1. Greetings, Super Sleuths, This topic may be moved over to the "Exhale Members Only" section with some of the other research threads, but we'll see how this goes... We know that songs from Blackout were recorded at the newly constructed studio inside the Maloofs' Palms Casino in Las Vegas. Brilliant researcher @Mx_Defying has recently come across an article stating that: "The Maloof Brothers, Sacramento’s former playboy owners, created Maloof Productions during their high-flying mid-2000’s heyday. Their highest-profile music signing was Jamie Lynn Spears, younger sister to Britney, though she never released an album with them, possibly due to her teen pregnancy..." Source: https://www.goldenstateofmind.com/2022/4/18/23030931/warriors-getting-into-music-and-entertainment We know that on January 18, 2005, James P. Spears changed the name of his company "Develop & Design Build, Inc." to "Spears Management, Inc." James was the President and sole shareholder, and the documents are signed in Venice, California. We know that on December 6, 2005, a new recording studio opened at The Palms in Las Vegas. George Maloof built the studio at the suggestion of Larry Rudolph. We know that by August 5, 2006, Jamie Lynn Spears was a client of Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group. We know that on August 30, 2006, Sweet Jamie Music, Inc., owned by Jamie Lynn Spears, officially underwent a "Change of Officer." Lynne Spears became the President and Treasurer, and James Spears became the Secretary. We also know that on December 11, 2006, James Spears’ company, Spears Management, Inc., was registered as a “foreign corporation” in the state of California. The address of the principal executive office was c/o TriStar, 215 Ward Circle, Suite 200, Brentwood, TN, 37027. The principal office in the State of California was listed as 10945 Bluffside Drive #138, Studio City, CA, 91604. The document was signed by James P. Spears, President. We can likely assume that James Spears, who at the time was a chef for the Maloofs, signed a recording contract with Maloof Productions on behalf of his daughter, who was a minor...Just as he had done for Britney on October 10, 1997. It may not seem evident on the surface, but this small part of the story is a puzzle piece that fits into the larger story of Britney's conservatorship. Can any of you help with locating this recording contract? #BritneySuperSleuths #ResearchThread #JusticeForBritney

  5. Fellow Super Sleuths, I'm going to be starting my Ph.D. in September and am already getting too busy to participate in sleuthing the way I used to. Can ya'll help me update the sources for my Chronological Timeline so that we have them all in one place? Google Drive: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oRaWDI27P0yucmEE4R13xk9v6cWWSX9PwlayJ6tZEaA/edit?usp=sharing What I'm looking for: Sources for each entry (MLA format, if possible). Missing entries (Key dates that had a legal impact). My timeline focuses specifically on the legal aspects of Britney's case, particularly in terms of her finances, so I tend to hold off on adding entries until: The source is verified to be solid, or The new entry dovetails with an existing entry, or The new entry helps support a legal argument. So... If you would like to suggest an entry, please include the piece of law that applies or a justification of why the event should be added. Britney has a long and illustrious career so it would be easy to fill this timeline with pop culture facts...But I'm going for something a bit different here. Anyway... Please scroll through the Google Drive link above and comment below. Thanks, Sleuths! Related: #ResearchThread #BritneySuperSleuths

Britney later testifies: "When I came off that tour, a new show in Las Vegas was supposed to take place. I started rehearsing early, but it was hard because I’d been doing Vegas for four years and I needed a break in between. But no, I was told this is the timeline and this is how it’s going to go. I rehearsed four to four days a week. Half of the time in the studio and a half of the other time in a Westlake studio. I was basically directing most of the show. I actually did most of the choreography, meaning I taught my dancers my new choreography myself, I take everything I do very seriously. There’s tons of video with me at rehearsals. I wasn’t good — I was great. I led a room of 16 new dancers in rehearsals. It’s funny to hear my managers’ side of the story. They all said I wasn’t participating in rehearsals. And I never agreed to take my medication — my medication is only taken in the mornings, never at rehearsal. They don’t even see me. So why are they even claiming that? When I said no to one dance move into rehearsals, it was as if I planted a huge bomb somewhere. And I said no, I don’t want to do it this way. After that my management, my dancers and my assistant of the new people that were supposed to do the new show all went into a room, shut the door and didn’t come out for at least 45 minutes. Ma’am, I’m not here to be anyone’s slave. I can say no to a dance move. I was told by my at the time therapist, Dr. Benson — who [has since] died — that my manager called him and then that moment and told him I wasn’t cooperating or following the guidelines in rehearsals. And he also said I wasn’t taking my medication, which is so dumb, because I’ve had the same lady every morning for the past eight years give me my same medication. And I’m nowhere near these stupid people. It made no sense at all. There was a week period where they were nice to me, and I told them I don’t want to do it that way. They said if I don’t want to do the new Vegas show, I don’t have to because I was getting really nervous. It was like lifting literally 200 pounds off of me when they said I don’t have to do the show anymore, because it was really really hard on me and it was too much. I couldn’t take it anymore. So I remember telling my assistant, I feel weird if I say no, I feel like they’re gonna come back and be mean to me or punish me or something. Three days later, after I said no to Vegas, my therapist sat me down in a room and said he had a million phone calls about how I was not cooperating in rehearsals, and I haven’t been taking my medication. All this was false — he immediately, the next day, put me on lithium out of nowhere. He took me off my normal meds I’ve been on for five years. And lithium is a very, very strong and completely different medication compared to what I was used to. You can go mentally impaired if you take too much if you stay on it longer than five months. But he put me on that and I felt drunk. I couldn’t even have a conversation with my mom or dad really about anything. I told him I was scared and I my doctor had me on six different nurses with this new medication come to my home, stay with me to monitor me on this new medication, which I never wanted to be on to begin with. There were six different nurse nurses in my home and they wouldn’t let me get in my car to go anywhere for a month. Not only did my family not do a ****** thing, my dad was all for it. Anything that happened to me had to be approved by my dad. And my dad acted like he didn’t know that I was told I had to be tested over the Christmas holidays before they sent me away, when my kids went to home to Louisiana. He was the one who approved all of it. My whole family did nothing." Nov. 2, 2018 - 2300 White Stallion, LLC is registered as a corporate entity in the State of California. James Spears is associated with the registration; Michael Kane is added on November 11, 2021. Jan. 4, 2019 - The Domination residency is put on hold as "Britney" announces an indefinite work hiatus due to James' ruptured colon. Britney later testifies: "Over the two-week holiday, a lady came into my home for four hours a day, sat me down and did a psych test on me. It took forever. But I was I was told I had to, then after that I got off. When I was told I had to, then after I got a phone call from my dad, basically saying I’d failed the test or whatever, whatever. “I’m sorry, Britney, you have to listen to your doctors. They’re planning to send you to a small home in Beverly Hills to do a small rehab program that we’re going to make up for you. You’re going to pay $60,000 a month for this.” I cried on the phone for an hour and he loved every minute of it. The control he had over someone as powerful as me, as he loved the control to hurt his own daughter 100,000%. He loved it. I packed my bags and went to that place. I worked seven days a week, no days off, which in California, the only similar thing to this is called s** trafficking. Making anyone work against their will, taking all their possessions away — credit card, cash, phone passport — and placing them in a home where they work with the people who live with them. They all lived in the house with me, the nurses, the 24-7 security. There was one chef that came there and cooked for me daily on them during the weekdays. They watched me change every day — morning, noon and night. I had no privacy dog from my, from my room, I get eight gallons of blood a week. If I didn’t do any of my meetings and work from eight to six at night, which is 10 hours a day, seven days a week, no days off, I wouldn’t be able to see my kids or my boyfriend. I never had a say in my schedule. They always told me I had to do this. And Ma’am, I will tell you, sitting in a chair 10 hours a day, seven days a week, in a fog… and especially when you can’t walk out the front door." Britney later testifies about the May 10th appearance: "The last time I spoke to you by just keeping the conservatorship going, and also keeping my dad in the loop, made me feel like I was dead — like I didn’t matter, like nothing had been done to me, like you thought I was lying or something. I’m telling you again, because I’m not lying. I want to feel heard. And I’m telling you this again, so maybe you can understand the depth and the degree and the damage that they did to me back then." 9. -----Update March 2, 2022-------------------------- Tri star’s motion to quash is back on the calendar, which means they aren’t settling out of court. This a slight disappointment for me Bc I had assumed off calendar=out of court settlement, which IMHO, means a faster conclusion. Timing is the more relevant factor IMHO. The fraud and stealing are so blatant that the conclusion is inevitable —it’s a matter of “when?” not “if.” The ONLY logical strategy for Tri Star is to delay, which is the purpose of this motion to quash, IMHO. But Britney and Rosendaddy clearly have a much larger strategy at play and I cannot wait to watch it play out. We are all grateful to Rosendaddy—his last filing gave the public the transparency needed to conclude that fraud/stealing was a major component of Britney’s CONservatorship. I know Breathe Heavy already knew this ^^; but now it is the consensus opinion for the general public as well. -----Update Jan 17, 2022-------------------------- The Jamie Lynn narcissism tour was intended to be a distraction from the Tri-Star accounting motion that was supposed to be heard on Jan 19. This motion was the one taken off the calendar, which is likely very positive for Britney’s case. Rosengart is doing a great job, and Breathe Heavy helped, IMO. So now, JL is just being dumb JL…this no longer is to the benefit of Tri-Star because Tri-Star no longer needs a smoke screen for the Jan 19 hearing. I will post an update to the Accounting topic on Friday. If you have comments, questions, additions to the update, please respond by quoting this post (this will help me test a hypothesis about BH’s SEO). These are the things I plan to discuss in the update: Lou Taylor is not a mastermind. She is just a bookkeeper who lies. Rosengart will have plenty of receipts to track Lou Taylor or Robin Greenhill’s wrongdoings. The opposite is true for Larry Rudolph, who is just as evil as Lou and Robin IMO, but he knows how to avoid a paper trail. Fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion-->the basic about financial crimes and why the IRS or SEC might be a more immediate threat to Tri-Star than Britney and Rosengart. Which motion was taken off the Jan 19 calendar, why, and what does it mean? Why is this a good thing for Britney? How does the relate to Tri-Star’s accounting and Justice for Britney? How I think the Breath Heavy community made a positive impact for Britney’s case; and how we can continue to make a positive impact in the Justice for Britney phase. Why someone like Lou Taylor or Tri-star would even care about a website like Breathe Heavy (versus Reddit, Twitter, or court documents) Larger implications for the public airing of Tri-Star’s accounting and how this could potentially impact Tri-Star’s clients, like the Kardashians and Jenners (if they are still working with Lou) Why any potential misdeeds of Larry Rudolph, Robin Greenhill, and Lou Taylor would be more sinister than white collar financial crimes, and how/why the wrongdoing should be considered a mechanism for enforcing involuntary servitude. -------Original post-------------------------- Loucifer’s accountings reviewed—everything you thought was true, is probably true (allegedly). I’ve uploaded an annotated version of the Twelfth Account Current—anyone who is craving Britney content or ways to kindle their flame of righteous indignation toward Loucifer and the Cali court systems, needs to read it. AKA everyone needs to read it. Link here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f8RYFZiT59-p5AjB5ZBNX4WiFahG1OZe/view?usp=sharing I took a day off work to go through Brit’s accountings—I’ve been looking forward to this for weeks. Accounting filings usually have allll the tea because their function is to provide transparency; this is the primary oversight mechanism for the Courts. Britney’s accountings, however, have been skillfully designed to avoid transparency—this is enabled through the Court’s latitude and incompetence. Essentially, the Court allowed team CON to make its own accounting rules and to redact any information required to assess financial improprieties. The ONE thing that the accounting filings made clear is the severity of Brit’s situation. Friends, this is a clear-cut case of involuntary servitude through legal coercion. …I have a lot of takeaways that are much more light-hearted from the accountings; but right now I’m a bit emotionally drained. I’ll have to post interesting findings later. In the meantime-read the accounting document!! Be informed ahead of the next hearing! The document is much more fun than my sad rant above. Required CYA disclosure: this is all opinion. None of this is advise…blah blah…I’m not your lawyer, doctor, astrologer, etc. so don’t take advice from me or from anyone on the internet. Insert allegedly after every word.
