  1. For all the bodybuilders and/or gym rats on here, particularly those who were once hardgainers: What are your overall tips on building muscle and maintaining size and/or mass? What is the best way to count your calories and if so, how do you manage? Are there any supplements, powders, vitamins or herbs that you cannot live without and that you find help? How many hours a day do you workout and/or what are some of your favorite routines? Do you tend to stick to body-split or full-body workouts? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks guys!
