  1. Britney Spears: Is it time to reconsider the singer's legacy? WWW.BBC.COM Britney is "the most influential pop star of her generation", with Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey and Charli XCX namechecking...
  2. I happen to follow the British DJ Elkka on Instagram (for anyone who likes dance music, check out her tune "Stay" - my fave) and she recently posted about er being featured as the guest DJ on BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix. In the post she talked about why she chose to include Britney's Everytime as the closing track. Why is this a big deal? This Essential Mix has been playing on UK Radio since 1994 and has been a huge platform for all big DJs from Diplo, Pete Tong, Paul Oakenfold, Carl Cox etc etc to showcase their personal tastes which often tend to be eclectic. It's a dance show so 99.9% of the tracks are house, trance, disco, techno etc. but occasionally they will play a song that might seem out of place but for this reason it has a big impact. She chose to end with Everytime which I thought was magical. You can out the mix below if you want and the insta post is: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m0011cwg
  3. I did today. I went to work after vacation and i was also defending my usage of language there :DDDDD but really even things like drinking a new refreshment drink or .... having my room relatively clean :DDDDDD or even the smallest things (because then in cuteness they are bigger) like listening to =BBC RADIO 1= first time in a while
  4. BBC Radio 4 have released a podcast about Britney's stardom, struggles and rise from the ashes - up to the current tragic situation with the conservatorship. They cover accounts from many parties involved throughout her life, both personal and professional, during the most talked about yet most mysterious times in Britney's life (such as the night of 28th January 2008) it also includes some dramatisations which do spark the imagination and make you think from different perspectives. Many of us will be familiar already (it would be good for some newer fans as a result of #freebritney who aren't so aware of her past) but it is definitely worth a listen and the more publicity the better, it is currently #1 on Apple Podcasts. My understanding is that it is available on all major podcast providers. You can also find it here https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p09mfr9s/episodes/player
