In her first episode of her YouTube podcast, Ally Brooke reveals that despite the success and the hits, Fifth Harmony was a tough time for her and her bandmates (minus Simon's and Sony Music's favorite, Camila Cabello). Saying that the other 4 had to fight for solos or back up vocals if lucky, and Ally was extremely depressed when she rarely got picked, she even states the day we were told by Demi to be more like Camila Cabello, and simon and La agreed, we knew who was going to be the Nicole of the group. They were right, Most leads and solos, in the middle and purposely standing out.. Even though Diana was in the middle of 7/27 album cover, once again it was mostly a Camila album with them providing additional leads and back up.. She thought once Camila left, it would be better, sadly it got worse, they weren't giving a budget, or any creative control, and their 2017 VMAS performance with the infamous shade to Camila, the album was out, but no surprise, behind closed doors Simon and Sony fired us that Monday night and we were told, the tour will end, and you girls will break up and with Simon owning the name, they legally had to separate.. As for a group reunion it's unlikely as none of the girls enjoyed it, and Camila leaving made it worse.. And she spilled most of us are independent cos we've been blacklisted by the big wigs. Sony made sure we would fail as solo acts.

Ally Brooke has a new-ish song on the way. It's titled "What Are We Waiting For?," produced by Afrojack. I say new-ish because Ally has performed the song in the past, but the studio version hasn't been made available until now. I'm a big Ally fan. Ally Brooke opened up about a bizarre moment when a record exec gave her a thong. “There was a lot going on in the group and I was dealing with a lot at a certain point. I had asked for outside help and advice,” she recalled. “I was kinda desperate. I need help please give me advice, I don’ know what to do here and how to get through this and make everything better. Really, I didn’t have much to open me up and much life in me at this point. So I was really looking for help.” Adding, “This music executive was like come meet with me I can help you. Then when I went, he gave me a thong and said, ‘You’d look really good in this.’ I was completely humiliated, shocked, and disgusted. I didn’t feel like I had any power to do anything about it, because sadly at that time people heard about these things but really didn’t do much. People weren’t being held accountable for their actions. So I just felt so helpless and alone. Just a searing humiliation and even afraid. At the time what could I do? I was just a small girl in a group and all these people had the power.” Brooke also opened up about her decision to reveal that she is still a virgin. Related:

Ally Brooke opened up about being a virgin because she's saving herself for marriage. However, being a virgin at 27-years-old, according to her, has presented its own challenges while dating. Ally has a new memoir. “I opened up in my book about [saving myself for marriage]. I was brave to share that. That’s something that I hold dear to my heart. And I hold still to this day,” Ally said in a new podcast interview. “I was really happy to be able to share that with my fans, and readers and to show them the choice that I made. And have them receive it however they want to receive it. Letting my true heart shine was the goal of this book.” “I share that and they either respect it or not. Everyone has respected it, which is awesome,” Ally said. “A lot of people respect the things that sometimes you’re nervous to share. Which I’ve learned, just tell them in advance or speak up for yourself. Most of the time people will respect it.” She added, “I have had those moments where people would make fun of me, or question me and be like ‘yeah right.’ I just have to hold that in my heart and know my truth and just let that be that. Ally Brooke and Messiah just dropped a red-hot new music video for a song titled "500 Veces." In it, Ally and Messiah slink around a deserted motel and a few other remote areas you'll find in the middle of BFE California. Ally's vocals sound awesome here, and she looks crazy confident in the visual. I'm super here for it. Exhale, how we feeling about new AB? Main pop girl status yet or nah? Cause she kinda snapped.

“All In My Head (flex)” by fifth harmony is a summer bop still. This song deserved more success. ”He Like That” deserved to be a hit also. We need a justice for fifth harmony campaign (without the racist one though)
