  1. i remember in 2016, Gwen had said something about ageism in the industry and how Selena wanted a song she did so it was taken away from her without even asking. Apparently Gwen wrote some of it, and so did Selena, but Selena ended up with it and the credit. Wild. I absolutely love Gwen’s version and I’m so glad this leaked. I truly hope we get an album Of all of Gwen’s unreleased music one day. There’s hundreds of songs out there.
  2. What's up, Exhale I want to start these threads in which we discuss songs by different pop stars that we consider to be great tracks, but hold a hidden-gem status. The grand opener is our very own ska-pop queen: Gwen Stefani I will state my top 5 deep-cuts and then some honorable mentions Danger Zone Long Way to Go (ft. André 3000) Serious Rare The Real Thing Wonderful Life Breakin' Up Send me a Picture Yummy Do you like any of these songs? Which ones would you add?
  3. I do! The songs she releases 'Slow Clap' and 'Let Me Reintroduce Myself' were both criminally underrated. I really enjoyed both of them. It was nice to see Gwen return to her sound. I am pressed they weren't successful! She makes great music. I love her No Doubt stuff and her solo songs as well. If she made a real comeback to music, and focused on it more than 'The Voice' would you be here for it? Also, if you chose a No Doubt comeback with her or a solo Gwen comeback, which would you choose? Sound off below 👇!!!
  4. People are talking about Gwen Stefani face as she makes an appearance at late night show Late Night With Seth Meyers:
  5. Gwen Stefani new video ‘Light My Fire’ featuring Sean Paul and Jamaican singer Shenseea sees the singer wearing dreadlocks and outfit matching the Jamaican flag in the music video and it’s being accused of black culture appropriation. She drew criticism from social media with one Twitter user saying: “Gwen Stefani is BACK with a cultural appropriation banger,". You can see the full article on CNN here. Check out the video below:
  6. Calvin Harris is distinctive from other DJs for his raspy vocal chops. He has worked with A list singers and I think he has had a great influence in both EDM and pop. I even think Britney’s voice would sound amazing over his beats. What’s your favorite song by him? It was real hard to pick one, but here’s mine:
  7. BSB headlined the Tecate Emblema festival this past weekend, here are some of the videos Gwen Stefani was the other headliner for the following day Mexican singer Danna Paola was one of the biggest sensations from the other performers She even performed her 2009 hit Mundo de Caramelo from back when she was 13 Carly Rae Jepsen was also there
  8. Tecate Emblema is a music festival that takes place in Mexico City and today they have announced the line-up for the 2022 edition after last year's cancellation due to COVID. 9. On October 30, 2001, a group of artists under the name of Artists Against AIDS Worldwide released a 9 mix CD, which included multiple cover versions of the Marvin Gaye song What's Going On. The intention behind this album was to benefit the AIDS programs in Africa and other regions, but after the 9/11 attacks, it was decided that half of the proceeds would go to the American Red Cross' fund as well. The artists that collaborated in this campaign were Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, Mary J. Blige, Bono, Destiny's Child, Jermaine Dupri, Fred Durst, Eve, Perry Farrell, Nelly Furtado, Nona Gaye, Darren Hayes, Ja Rule, Jagged Edge, Alicia Keys, Aaron Lewis, Lil' Kim, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Martin, Pat Monahan, Monica, Nas, Nelly, *NSync, P. Diddy, T Boz and Chili, Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Michael Stipe, User and Scott Weiland. The single, produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bono, peaked at #27 on the BBH100 and it became a Top 10 hit in several other countries. The music video was directed by Jake Scott.
  10. Gwen is married and living in Oklahoma now! She has never looked and sounded more beautiful than she does in this bar performance with Blake!
  11. Check out the gorgeous photos of the very beautiful Gwen Stefani on Paper Magazine. Thoughts?
  12. Gwen Stefani teams up with Saweetie for a remix of "Slow Clap." Out now! Credit to @bitbitboi, Gwen has also released a new music video for the solo version.
  13. In this latest Kellyoke, Kelly and her band performed a powerful cover of "Misery" by Gwen Stefani. Check it out. Gwen took to Twitter to thank Kelly.
  14. A living icon Gwen Stefani dropped a new music video for her song, "Let Me Reintroduce Myself." In the video, Gwen re-creates some her past iconic lewks.
  15. Gwen Stefani performed her new song *** on The Voice. I think the song is a lot of fun to bop to. I'm not convinced it's lead single material, but I do think it'll age well. I've seen a lot of mixed opinions about LMRM. Maybe the performance version of it will sway you one way or the other. Related:
  16. I was seriously bummed when Gwen scrapped the sound she had with “Baby Don’t Lie” to head into a more generic, mainstream pop direction. I miss the edgy Gwen. Though, she is still serving awesome looks on The Voice. Thoughts? Related:
  17. Congratulations are in order for Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton! They are officially engaged. Looks like country Gwen will definitely happen. Related:
  18. If Mariah Carey is the queen of Christmas, Hallmark Channel is the ultimate home for Christmas, so they tapped Gwen Stefani as the official artist for this year's Christmas season, which officially started today. They're releasing a bunch of Xmas movies every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, which also includes a Gwen Stefani Christmas special. To coincide with her being the official ambassador of Hallmark's home for Christmas 2029, she recorded two new songs: "Sleigh Ride" and The official Hallmark Channel campaign song "Here This Christmas." So enjoy the Christmas season with Hallmark's official ambassador Gwen Stefani. Related:
  19. Gwen Stefani sang a few of her biggest hits, including a couple of No Doubt tracks, but as country tunes. They include “Don’t Speak” and “Hollaback Girl,” among others. Blake Shelton get away from her Lol no seriously though, this is pretty cute, but I'm scared she's going to think this the route she should take for her next solo album. Thoughts? Would you be hear for a Joanne Stefani?
  20. If you exclude her Christmas album, it's been four years since Gwen Stefani's released an album. 2016's This Is What the Truth Feels Like showcased her most mature, explorative songwriting to-date. The world needs new music from Gwenny Gwen Gwen. We don't know when we'll get it, but we'll get it. Gwen said in a new interview she's felt inspired lately to write new music. Exhale, what's your favorite solo Gwen song? Are you excited for her new music? Sound off!
