  1. Brazil just recently had elections to elect its next president but Bolsonaro supporters called “bolsonaristas” are spreading fake news like fire. One of the below uses the image of one of Abba singer Agnetha Fältskog as a renowned Swedish judge who claims fraud in the election.
  2. It looks incredible 🤩
  3. There will be no more group appearances, no more new music and certainly no more live performances for the real musicians. https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/18675106/abba-never-perform-live-again-voyage/
  4. 5. There was an article that praised ABBA for doing the exact opposite of Madonna, Taylor swift, Lady Gaga and a few others. Staying true to their sound and their fan base, even saying even Adele gets what her audience wants, the success of easy on me, and the anticipation of 30 proves it.. It might seem to be a put down. But it's actually a reminder of what happens when an artist sells out by thinking their fans would embrace it, chances are very hugely they won't.. Lady Gaga's return to Chromatica sure was great, but not like The Fame monster epicness, there's no song on that album to top Bad Romance her best song still to date.. Madonna, her dabbling into rap or current trends is that one aunt you refuse to hang out with, and if Christmas is there, you tell your family, rather spend the holiday alone then someone who doesn't get what I see.. Taylor swift was better as a country artist talking about her life, that was more relatable than the girl who shamed her ex for having an indie record collection. They basically say artists selling out just for money, means they don't love what they do, money is more important than the person waiting for goth dance gaga, Madonna to leave politics and go back on the dance floor and just be super gay ala 2005 confessions, and Taylor to go back writing gems like Mean or you belong with me. ABBA and adele are solid proof by giving what your fans want, the money is there, and not just some sponsorship deal by youtube or a political agency.. The only other artist I can see doing what ABBA and Adele is doing is definitely Britney spears, she'll go back to her urban club roots and just make songs that don't alienate anybody as she was a rare artist just like early Taylor didn't speak or preach politics, cos she knows it could alienate fans that don't support who she wants to vote for. @Adriannn

  7. I think it's a great tune. It's a song they wrote during the Voulez-Vous era and remastered it with some new backing vocals.
  8. "Emotions" is an upcoming song by American singer Ava Max. It will likely be released sometime in 2021 through Atlantic Records. The song leaked on July 24, 2021.[1] The song uses a sample of the song "Lay All Your Love On Me" by ABBA. P.S.... This is a Sped Up version, because Copyright in Youtube Lyric: [Intro] Don’t go wasting your emotions You don’t need nobody, can’t you see? [Verse 1] She built a castle in the sky He was a devil in disguise, whoa, whoa She gave up everything she had Bet on a love that wouldn’t last, whoa, whoa [Pre-Chorus] No he ain’t got a job, and he lives with his mom Don’t admit when he’s wrong, oh, mama But he talks to his ex, don’t mean no disrespect Get that boy off your chest, say, “Bye, bye” [Chorus] Don’t go wasting your emotions You don’t need nobody, can’t you see? Don’t go crying out an ocean Just slam that door and leave, baby, please [Verse 2] Now give that lovin’ to yourself Put back that trophy on the shelf It’s time to let it go, whoa You got more power than you know You should be lookin’ at the coast Instead of looking through his phone [Pre-Chorus] No he ain’t got a job, and he lives with his mom Don’t admit when he’s wrong, oh, mama But he talks to his ex, don’t mean no disrespect Get that boy off your chest, say, “Bye, bye” [Chorus] Don’t go wasting your emotions You don’t need nobody, can’t you see? Don’t go crying out an ocean Just slam that door and leave, baby, please [Bridge] (Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah) Don’t go crying out your emotions No, no, no, no, no, no Don’t go crying out your emotions No, no, no, no, no, no Your emotions [Chorus] Don’t go wasting your emotions (Don’t you go) You don’t need nobody, can’t you see? (You don’t) Don’t go crying out an ocean Just slam that door and leave, baby, please

  10. A leak ahead of the ABBA Voyage announcement this week is suggesting 10 new songs are on the way making for a complete ‘Voyage’ album with two of the new songs set for release this week. An announcement about ‘Voyage’ will be made at 5.30 pm London time Thursday 2 September 2021. The Swedish pop icons have been teasing the mysterious ‘ABBA Voyage’ project for a few days now, and it seems all is to be revealed in a live-stream on September 2. Taking to Twitter, the Dancing Queen stars, made up of Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad wrote: ‘Join us at 5:45pm (UK time) this Thursday for a special livestream announcement on YouTube. The journey is about to begin.’ The page encourages fans to ‘be part of a historic livestream.’
  11. Yesterday The Sun exclusively announced how they will premiere brand new music next week (September 2nd) and will unveil a groundbreaking stage show called ABBA Voyage. The state-of-the-art concert will feature Agnetha Faltskog, Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad performing as holograms of themselves in their heyday. Now we can reveal it will be situated in a purpose-built 3,000-capacity venue in the Olympic Park in Stratford, East London, where it will open next spring. And an entire album of new music is being readied. The venture has already run up a huge eight-figure cost but it is expected to make hundreds of millions and thrill audiences. Abba are set to announce the full details of their reunion music and the show next Thursday, having teased the project on social media and billboards yesterday. They have launched a new website with the message: “ABBA Voyage — The Journey Is About To Begin.” The 6,710-square-metre theatre will host eight shows a week, giving fans the chance to get up close and personal with the recreations of the superstars, which will be joined on stage by real performers. All four members of the band have also agreed to come together for its launch, scheduled for next May. They have already been heavily involved, secretly flying over to London last September to shoot content for the show at Ealing Studios in West London. Body doubles in their twenties were also hired to film scenes which will be used during the show. The gigs will take place at a state-of-the-art venue in Olympic Park TURNED DOWN $1BILLION Benny’s son Ludwig, who was a producer on the hit Abba-inspired movie comedy Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again in 2018, is helping to mastermind the production and a heavyweight team has been enlisted to pull the show together. Svana Gisla, who has worked with Beyonce, Coldplay, Madonna and Oasis, will be a producer while the former head of Universal Music Sweden, Per Sundin, is leading the plans. The entire theatre, which will allow for a “360-degree immersive experience”, has been built especially for the show, with a bar, food stalls and a shop on site. It will also have the band’s name in huge illuminated letters on the front of the building. The innovative show is currently set to run until 2025, at which point it is hoped it will be transported internationally, with preliminary plans for it to move to Stockholm or Las Vegas. Planning documents show that the building itself has been designed to be broken down so it can be transported elsewhere. The whole process has been a labour of love for the band, who have long been reluctant to get back on stage together as a four-piece. In 2000 they turned down a $1billion offer to reunite for a global tour. Frida later said: “No amount of money would change our minds. “Maybe it would be good to do a song together again, just a recording and nothing else,” Their upcoming show was first teased in 2016 when it was announced they were reuniting to work on a “digital entertainment experience” featuring “life-like” avatars, which they nicknamed Abbatars. That same year they appeared together for the first time in 34 years at the launch of their Mamma Mia!- themed theatre restaurant in Sweden. Then in 2018 they announced they had recorded two new songs called I Still Have Faith In You and Don’t Shut Me Down, which would feature in a BBC TV special. But the release was postponed until the stage show was ready — and the concerts have been delayed due to difficulties with the technology which they also want to use for the video for their comeback single. Building work on Abba’s theatre in Olympic Park has begun ‘NEW MUSIC THIS YEAR’ In news which will excite fans even more, there is now believed to be an entire album’s worth of music, with the band recording at least eight songs together. Bjorn said in May: “There will be new music this year. That is definite.” The group were active from 1972 to 1983 and sold more than 385million records worldwide, with nine No1 albums and nine No1 singles in the UK alone. In June, their greatest hits compilation ABBA Gold became the first album ever to spend 1,000 consecutive weeks in the Top 100. The 1992 record is also the second biggest-selling album in the UK, with 5.61million copies bought, behind only Queen’s Greatest Hits. The two Mamma Mia! films, West End stage show, and the immersive dining experience Mamma Mia!: The Party at London’s O2 Arena have also helped to introduce their music to an entirely new audience. And with their new shows, the band look set to cement their legacy. SOURCE

Inspired by the truly amazing job of @MSTAR remastering Britney videos in 4K, I decided to ask him and start processing ABBA videos (because I'm such a BIG fan, and in the ABBA fan community no one has done it before). 14. The idea a Third part of Mamma Mia could happen eventually is scary. the second one was so bad It ruined the First One . Even having the legendary Cher on it didnt help it .. There shud be a petition to stop this from happening. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-8438389/BAZ-BAMIGBOYE-Judy-Craymer-dreams-making-Mamma-Mia-3-four-new-songs-Abba.html
  15. ABBA are set to make a comeback of sorts this year when they release brand new music later in 2020 and Björn Ulvaeus has given an insight into what it was like recording new music again. ABBA are to return to the scene in 2020 with brand new music, almost 30 years after the group dissolved. Now legends of pop music, ABBA formed in Stockholm, Sweden in 1972 and smashed charts all over the world with hits like Waterloo and Dancing Queen. They will be releasing two brand new songs later this year, with more to follow. In fact, the comeback tracks were recorded a while ago, Björn revealed in a recent interview with the Financial Times. “We recorded them quite some time ago, actually one-and-a-half years ago,” he said. Björn has partnered with a new software programme, Session, which registers contributions to recordings in real time and therefore helps sort out the messy area of music rights. Session is now part of Pro-Tools, which many musicians and producers use all over the world but wasn’t used for recording the upcoming ABBA songs. Asked if the as-yet unreleased tracks were recorded using Session, the ABBA legend replied: “No, because it wasn’t quite ready.” Now it’s up and running, however, the handful more songs yet to be recorded for the band’s return to the music scene will utilise the software. In an interview with Swedish press, shared by ABBA Talk, Björn’s writing partner and fellow ABBA star Benny Andersson previously spoke about when fans could expect new music to drop. “They’re coming this year,” he said of the two new songs. “I’m guessing after the summer. But I can only guess, because I’m not really sure. But I would think so,” he added. Benny wasn’t certain enough to promise the songs would land in specific month, but hazarded a guess at September release date. He told Magic Radio the two songs were done, saying: “It is when you feel every note is where it should be and I don’t just mean the chorus.” P.S. Also Benny talked about an album (not only two songs) so we have to wait and see. https://www.express.co.uk/entertainment/music/1253271/ABBA-news-2020-new-music-songs-Bjorn-Ulvaeus
