  1. Rapper Lil Mama wants to start a hetero***ual rights movement because she's personally faced backlash from saying ignorant remarks against the LGBTQ community. Can someone give her a call and talk her off this ledge please? She's embarrassing her self smh. Related:
  2. Ronen Rubinstein comes out as a bi. “I fully identify as bi***ual,” he said. “I literally just got goosebumps saying that. It feels so good to talk about it, it feels so good to finally be comfortable with it.” The world is a better place for it
  3. Lol she looooves to insert herself into drama doesn't she. Sure, Lil Nas X's "Call Me By Your Name" video might be a bit of a rip-off of "Cellophane," but it's still a legendary video. Love seeing the outrage Related:
  4. https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.kitchenertoday.com/amp/local-news/canadian-womens-groups-demanding-removal-of-male-inmates-from-womens-prisons-3561690
  5. Rapper Lil Mama is going off about children going through identity crisis. She posted the following, as well as a photo with her middle fingers in the air. Feels very ignorant and misinformed. Exhale, what are your thoughts?
  6. In 2000, a groundbreaking show aired on showtime called queer as folk. The show aged badly, from their views on straight men, several conversations put good people as the people who bully them. As Group leader Brian Kinney said. "They're all the same, they pretend to be your friends, and behind your back they show their true colors". Even Justin who was gay bashed refused to forgive the person who did it, though it was wrong. The guy said, you kept flaunting it, it made a lot of us mad and uncomfortable and you bringing your boyfriend to the prom was just the final straw. I know you can't help it, but it's not about you. You guys don't understand that a time and place for everything.. Keep it to yourself at school, everything would be fine. Justin even told his teacher, I'm that F. You love to hate ,so f u. The whole show is problematic . Even how they handled drug addiction. Emmett told his friend Ted, you say you're gonna fix yourself, but you know you dont believe in yourself, so you won't seek the help you absolutely need. To even having the one gay seeking his forever prince charming, from the mom that adopts everybody and is way too in the hag status. It represents the older community, and unfortunately it's the only show that actually portrayed the gay community accurately even if this community actually aged badly In real representations as well.. Here's a 16 minute video of the first season. There was also no blacks represented and the lesbian couple felt very token and not appreciated. The L word was a better representation.
  7. Inspired by the racist American terrorist attack On 8 women of Asian descent, Mean girls star (Ian), Daniel Freisize has posted a blog and basically announced he was fired by Welsh University for just being openly gaym
  8. https://www.pinknews.co.uk/2021/02/17/us-equality-act-vote-house-of-representatives/ The Equality Act would amend existing civil rights legislation to bar discrimination based on gender identification and ***ual orientation (Getty/Tom Williams) Democrats in the House of Representatives are to revive the Equality Act next week, in a bid to break the impasse over bill to protect LGBT+ people in all 50 states. The bill would amend existing Civil Rights Act provisions barring discrimination based on race and *** to also add specific protections for ***ual orientation and gender identity. Republicans have stood in the way of the measure and predecessor bills for more than two decades. While the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives passed the Equality Act in 2019 by a vote of 236-173, it was never even brought for a vote in the then-Republican controlled Senate. However, with Democrats now in control of the House, Senate and presidency for the first time in a decade, efforts to pass the bill are being stepped up in line with Joe Biden‘s promise to make it a priority in his first 100 days.
  9. Demi Lovato opens up about her experience being part of the LGBTQ community. "When I started getting older, I started realizing how queer I really am," the singer explained. "This past year I was engaged to a man, and when it didn’t work, I was like, this is a huge sign. I thought I was going to spend my life with someone. Now that I wasn’t going to, I felt this sense of relief that I could live my truth." I hooked up with a girl and was like, ‘I like this a lot more.’ It felt better. It felt right," she told the outlet. "Some of the guys I was hanging out with—when it would come time to be ***ual or intimate, I would have this kind of visceral reaction. Like, ‘I just don’t want to put my mouth there.’ It wasn’t even based on the person it was with. I just found myself really appreciating the friendships of those people more than the romance, and I didn’t want the romance from anybody of the opposite s**." "I know who I am and what I am, but I’m just waiting until a specific timeline to come out to the world as what I am," Lovato explained. "I’m following my healers’ timeline, and I’m using this time to really study and educate myself on my journey and what I’m preparing to do." Happy for her that she's becoming more comfortable with herself. Thoughts, Exhale? Please don't use this as an opportunity to drag her! Thanks. 🙏 Related:
  10. The fact this guy, basically said I'm super straight and will only date real women, if that's not transphobic, than I don't know what is. Newsflash, if they have that surgery, most don't, but some actually do like the surgery, you wouldn't even know that they used to be a man. Jazz Jennings is a prime example of this case, if I didn't know her background, I would have thought she was a girl.
  11. It's on Prime Video. It's quite the education and made me think of the pandemic.
  12. Lol I have to laugh 6ix9ine randomly shaded Lil Nas X. Lil Nas X clapped back claiming 6ix slid into his DMs, alluding to him wanting to, um, meet up. 6ix refutes this. Kim, there's people that are dying. But also this is a kii. Who we rooting for, Exhale? Related:

  15. I wrote a song about gay dating and grindr and Tinder and I’m curious how you guys feel about it and if you can relate! I know I’m not the greatest singer but it’s more about the message. its this song:
  16. Maybe I'm blind, but I think there's a gay couple in the Piece of Me video. I'm almost sure but since I couldn't find anyone pointing this out on the internet, maybe I'm wrong. If true, it'd be cool af, proves Brit's supporting gays since forever. Here are some shots. What do you think?

  18. so basically this discussion was brought to my attention by the thread and argument under this tweet basically people are arguing about whether it's okay for Doja Cat to have used the word f-ggot because she is bisexual. a lot of people are saying that the f slur should only be used by gay and bisexual men, as historically it has been used to target homosexual men specifically. Some bi women and lesbians in the thread however disagree, saying that since the word has been used against them, they have the right to reclaim it. I personally don't think it feels right for lesbians and bi women to use it, that word has such a strong connotation to me and historical use that has always targeted males in the community (and transgender and nonbinary people too). I wouldn't feel comfortable using the word d-ke either. Sure you can make argument that people who have been a victim of a slur personally in their lives have a right to reclaim it, but i don't think that argument holds up. A lot of non-black POC have been called the n-word in their lives, but they shouldn't say the n-word. If me, a neurotypical person, grew up being bullied and called r--tard, do i have a pass for the rest of my life to use the r slur? what do you guys think? Bonus question: How do you feel about bisexuals calling themselves gay? of course they're part of the LGBT community but to me it just feels weird to use the word gay, like do gay people not get their own word? saying you're bi is shorter and more accurate of a description, so why not just say that? it just feels strange to me because the experiences of the two can be so different and doesn't make sense for them to be conflated. For example, I have a female bi friend who has only publicly dated men, and her calling herself gay.. just feels.. wrong. Like it's appropriative, her experience does not align at all with the experiences of lesbians and gay men, so calling yourself gay doesn't seem to make sense. anyways, i hope we can have a civil discussion about this and i'd like to hear all of your thoughts!
  19. Justin Timberlake says he feels honored to be considered an ally of the LGBTQ community. “I very much enjoy being an ally, and it’s a true honor anytime someone addresses me that way.” We love him again. Exhale, is JT your new LGBTQ king? Related:
  20. The user named Alana planned on having Lindsay tell her parents she was coming-out through a Cameo video. Alana revealed that Lindsay's response was unexpected and shared the video to her followers. Instead of coming-out for her she offered her advice and told her to speak her own truth. Alana also revealed later on Monday that she took Lindsay's advice and came out to her parents. She said “they took it well, so that’s good,” she said. “I’m feeling very relieved.” What are your thoughts ? Would you have a celeb help you come out to your parents ?
  21. After coming out as trans a few months ago, Juno star Elliot Page was reported by TMZ to have filed for divorce from their wife Emma Portner in Manhattan earlier today. Elliot Page and Emma Porter have since released a joint statement through their representatives, "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce following our separation last summer. We have the utmost respect for each other and remain close friends.” The couple first got married in early 2018. Elliot Page wrote "Can't believe I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife." Dance and choreographer Emma also provided massive support when Elliot went through their transition. She defended them against online trolls and hate messages. They seemed like such a great couple, so I'm glad they are still remaining friends, but another beautiful couple in Hollywood split again. Who will be the next?
  22. Kevin (Casey Cott) gets caught looking for a hook up by Betty and Cheryl.. Why they admit he lied and when he is asked to tell the truth. He's brutally honest. While his straight friends have options and lots of choices to do what they want when it comes to getting down. For Kevin being openly gay in a small town, he really is unlike them as his options are much limited and smaller and for him a moment of being intimate with a man, is worth risking his life. Can any of you actually relate to what Kevin said, that his needs are sometimes worth risking his life.
  23. President Biden repealed a decision made by the Trump administration that banned transgender people from serving in the military. Biden also hired a transgendered woman to serve as the assistant health secretary. We love to see it Related:
