    Is Britney paying for this??????

No, Jamie Spears no longer controls Britney's money. Vivian was being paid by Britney's estate as she was lawyer of the conservatorship/conservator, and now that Jamie's suspended there was no more money for her fees so she stepped down. And actually, I think Vivian mentioned that her fees for the last 6 months was still not approved or paid or something so Rosengart can easily make Jamie also pay from his own pocket :jl_jamie_lynn_awkward_cringe_eek:

The issue is that it was created without her consent by two of her abusers. She should have the right to control how her music is used, especially if it’s a huge Broadway musical with her name in the title. They should absolutely cancel it, and if they won’t, Britney should sue.

Britney attended the book reading in NYC 2018 with Sam so she's fully aware of it https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/britney-spears-responded-well-to-reading-of-musical-featuring-her-songs/

The musical does not have her name on it, it only says "Songs perfomed and recorded by Britney Spears" - The musical's name is "Once upon a one more time"

I'm not sure you're aware there other 2 musicals using Britney's music: "Moulin Rouge" which uses TOXIC and "&Juliet" which uses baby one more time, I'm not a girl, overprotected, Oops! - Are they cancelled? Not at all because they pay for royalties to use Britney's music

I hope this clarifies the confusion going around here

Jamie still made the deal so he’s still entitled to a % of revenue’s from the shows, just like Larry and Lou as they need to get paid for their work, and that payment is a % of profit from Britney/the show. That’s how contracts work. Just because they don’t work for her anymore, doesn’t make the contract void unfortunately

This is not a show that uses Britney's image, I think that's what people is confused about. What the musical's producers pay is royalties to use Britney's music, pretty much like "dancing with the stars" did last week. Royalties go to the label and songwriters as it happens everywhere, so unless Britney decides to terminate her contract with RCA, there's no issue moving forward with the musical. This is an original story that has nothing to do with Britney's real story, like Mamma mia! musical so any revenue remains for the stage production.

A VERY different story was the pop-up the zone which used 100% of Britney's image, videos and music so there were a lot of hands involved getting their cuts :oprah_well_there_you_have_it_proof_see_hand:

While this definitely is true that she controlled everything and was basically like a full time BULLY and HATEFUL demon to Britney and was all steered and managed by Lou and Jamie together...you know it's 'Daddy' being a source to his friends at TMZ and trying to put all the blame on Tri Star!  Like they were smart, they did it, not me!  Same thing he did with Montgomery after Britney spoke out.  All 3 of them of them are clearly the main co-conspirators, and then ofcourse you have JL, JM, AW, VT (and other attorneys), EY, BryS, LR, AL, SI, JBP, JRG, and probably even more others as you go down another tier...talking to you Cassie

This! They're basically pointing fingers at each other :ricackle_rihanna_laugh_lol_haha_lmao_hehe:

I wouldn't be surprised if Tri-star sues Jamie, Ingham sues Jamie, Jamie sues Montgomery, Tri-star sues black box security company, and so on :hahaha_tiffany_ny_new_york_ms_miss_cackle_laugh_lol_haha_hehe_lmao:

  5. Britney should be getting a 30 million stream avarage on Spotify each month as the pop icon that she is tbh! However, her former team never focused on streaming and her numbers have suffered. She's always been good with actual sales but it's 2021, streaming is the present and future :schoolingtime_talking_telling_glasses_preaching:

RCA should stop playing around, and start adding Brit's music to different playlists in order to reach the general public :drag_tiffany_ny_new_york_miss_ms_fight_pull_push_mad:
