  1. It would sort of explain why Lynne Spears appeared to cozy up to LFB as well. I suspect that Lynne also couldn't let on too much...She had to play both sides so as not to invoke Jamie's wrath. Others on this board have heavily criticized Lynne for wanting to protect Serenity...But why is that a bad thing? Why should Lynne lose the estate that Britney personally bought for her as a gift, and become homeless, just because Jamie has become angry with her? To me, it makes perfect sense for Lynne to play both sides...Especially if it meant securing Rosengart.
  2. Here's my theory... I believe that the fanbase didn't help nearly as much as they thought they did, and that Rosengart was actually on the scene helping to strategize far longer than anyone knows. In order to secure her appearance before the court on June 23rd, Britney had to do some major strategizing. One theory that I've seen mentioned on Twitter (by Katerina Perreault...although she didn't mention his name outright) is that Ingham has actually turned State's evidence in order to avoid jail time. In other words, he "flipped" because he knew the others involved in Team CON were eventually going to be facing criminal charges and he'd end up going down with them if he didn't make a smart decision...This tracks for me. I believe Ingham was actually assisting Britney behind the scenes, but he couldn't admit it outright or else the rest of Team CON would catch on...How else would he actually secure her the opportunity to speak in open court? LFB was clearly part of a narrative that was being seeded on social media by...somebody. Others were also getting their hands on court documents as well. None of us suspected that Rosengart was in the background, working behind the scenes at the time...But looking back, Britney's movements have been very strategic going back to 2018. I suspect she was receiving his legal advice far longer than we know. Britney either completely hoodwinked Ingham in the end...Or Ingham was secretly onside with her, working to line everything up for Rosengart (so that Ingham could save himself). And LFB was a part of that.
  3. I feel the same. I did appreciate Meaner's work because the research stood up and was reliable...I know others accused him/her of being too close to LFB, but to be honest, some things LFB posted were accurate. Things often got way too one-sided, and didn't always reflect how things were going within the actual court system...And if I pointed it out, I was accused of being "pro-Team CON" or "pro-LFB." It will be nice to watch Rosengart's work unfold...I can't wait to see which of these Twitter experts end up actually being accurate in their work.
  4. I noticed that Meaner hasn't posted on Instagram or Twitter since July 23rd. That was eight weeks ago. Why the sudden disappearance?
  5. This. I don't think it's unethical per se, but it's stepping on Rosengart's toes and is just sort of rude. lol.
  6. This is very poor form if she hasn't co-ordinated this with Rosengart. Did I see on Twitter that she was also doing a fundraiser? Or filing to terminate herself? That was about a week ago. I remember cringing when I saw it.
  7. I wonder if they're doing a hand-off from CrowdSurf to a new LLC owned solely by Britney? At some point they need to force Jamie to let go of all of her corporations. I have a feeling Rosengart is pushing this behind the scenes.
  8. https://www.tmz.com/2021/09/12/britney-spears-says-shes-engaged-to-boyfriend-sam-asghari/
  9. I came here for the meltdowns. I love them together, so I couldn't be happier for her.
  10. It's also possible that Cade was rounding his numbers...The 25-year guy could have entered her life e.g. 22 years ago or 28 years ago. Who really knows? Either way... Wasn't Jason Trawick originally friends with Bryan Spears? Or am I totally making that up? EDIT: I think I'm totally making that up. After doing some quick Googling, all I'm seeing is that Britney met Jason in 2006 when he became her WME agent...and am seeing no connection at all to Bryan Spears.
  11. The other user is correct in that there were inconsistencies between Britney's testimony and the voicemail. The details in the voicemail line up with the official story from Team CON...If the "paralegal" was actually someone associated with Cade or Rosengart, would they have gone to the lengths of including those details? Actually, perhaps they would, if the goal was to obfuscate their identity.
  12. This. It was told from a Team CON optic. You're right on the money here. I think the person's heart was in the right place, but they may have inadvertently put Project Rose in jeopardy by making the call.
  13. From your timeline on Page 3 of this thread... Some key dates about public scrutiny and press coverage on Britney's conservatorship: April 16, 2019: The Gram Girls dropped their "#FREEBRITNEY" podcast episode of "Britney's Instagram," featuring the voicemail from the paralegal. November 6, 2019: The Gram Girls discuss their unnamed upcoming project, which will become "Toxic," in the "Britney's Instagram" podcast episode, "Con Purse." December 6, 2019: LFB and the Gram Girls correspond. LFB later accuses the Gram Girls of naming Cade Hudson as the person who fabricated the voicemail from the paralegal. (Credit: @DuranDuran) February 5, 2021: The New York Times/FX/Hulu documentary, Framing Britney, is released. May 1, 2021: The BBC Two documentary, The Battle for Britney: Fans, Cash, and a Conservatorship is released. June 22, 2021: Britney reports herself as a victim of conservatorship abuse to Ventura County PD via a 911 call. June 23, 2021: Britney delivers her devastating 23-minute statement in court. July 1, 2021: Bessemer Trust requests to resign. July 3, 2021: Ronan Farrow and Jia Tolentino publish their explosive article, "Britney Spears's Conservatorship Nightmare," in The New Yorker. July 5, 2021: Larry Rudolph resigns. In his letter, released to "Deadline," he states, "it is in Britney's best interest for me to resign from her team as my professional services are no longer needed." He does not mention #FreeBritney. July 6, 2021: Scam Income resigns. July 14, 2021: Mathew Rosengart becomes Britney's attorney. July 25, 2021: Cade explicitly posts #FreeBritney on his Instagram... So Cade waited 11 days after Rosengart was officially named as Britney's legal representation to make his statement. Maybe he was waiting until it was "trendy" and he'd been backed into a corner...or maybe he was waiting to ensure that "Project Rose" had officially been executed. Time will tell!
  14. It's a last ditch effort to save face. This gives the appearance to the public of him extending his benevolence. He's still going to end up in jail.
  15. Wait... Wasn't LFB accused of being on side with Team CON? Was Team CON trying to tease out (via LFB) confirmation that the "paralegal" was actually Cade? And then Cade panicked and possibly called the Gram Girls to warn them to back off? Possibly to protect "Project Rose" from falling apart? I'm connecting some random dots here...But what's more fun than speculating? Notice that Cade didn't come out as #FreeBritney until after Rosengart was confirmed as her lawyer. Not long after.
  16. Do we know what date Cade was first implicated in a thread here on Exhale as being the "paralegal" who made the recording? It had never occurred to me at the time that the paralegal was Cade, and maybe it didn't occur to Team CON either...Until that thread? One of my common complaints of "the movement" has been that it often does things without consulting with Britney first...To me, that robs her of her agency, and replicates the behaviour that the fanbase accuses Team CON of committing. Why do I bring this up? I've often wondered if Rosengart was in the works looooong before Britney's testimony. Perhaps even before the Gram Girls released the recording of the "paralegal." Perhaps Cade isn't the "bad guy" in this scenario, but simply someone trying to ensure that the plan to hire Rosengart actually came to fruition?
  17. Perhaps she used Cade as a "plant" who kept an eye on Team CON and reported back to her?
  18. The television and film industry is small...I know from attending film festivals myself that everybody knows everybody. It's not a stretch of the imagination to think that Jason and Cade met through both being around the same age and both being agents who attended the same premieres and parties. It's obvious a solid friendship grew between them, regardless of how they met. But I've been wondering the same thing...Why does Britney continue to trust Cade? Especially if he is: a) best friends with Jason Trawick, and he b) continued to remain silent for years while attending weekly meetings with Team CON Do we know for sure that Cade is Britney's agent, and not just a friend? Apart from TMZ referring to him as her agent? TMZ isn't always the most trustworthy when it comes to this story. EDIT: He says it himself: "I've kept my mouth shut out of the fear of losing my job as her agent and losing the career I worked my *** off for 15 years to build, out of threats from the man we all know who, but I won't even dignify mentioning his name."
  19. Any story I've ever read painted Jason and Cade as best friends. Jason left WME in 2011 to start Famos (ah, the good ol' Famos surprise...) https://www.tmz.com/2011/05/21/britney-spears-jason-trawick-manager-wme-william-morris-endeavor-agent-mick-jagger/ And Cade didn't arrive at CAA until 2014-ish. From the LA Times article: That means there was no overlap of Jason and Cade being on Britney's team...More like a three-year gap between them, at minimum. And then Britney remained friends with Cade following her split from Jason. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2761518/Newly-single-Britney-Spears-gets-kiss-ex-fianc-Jason-Trawicks-BFF-Cade-Hudson.html https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-3223545/Britney-gets-hands-parties-Vegas-Cade-Hudson-ex-fiance-Jason-Trawick-s-friend.html https://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local/article/Newly-single-Britney-Spears-gets-kiss-from-Texas-5766882.php I haven't come across a single article that describes Cade as being Britney's agent, or describes him as being anything other than Jason's Trawick's best friend. So...This newest development with Cade is...puzzling.
  20. That makes sense. Question... Was it a well-known fact to the fanbase that Cade was her CAA agent? All these years I just assumed they were friends who had met through her previous CAA agent...Jason Trawick. I had never realized that Cade had moved into the spot that Jason had vacated when they split. That meant I never realized that Cade was on the "inside" with Jamie, Lou, Larry, and the rest of Team CON. Was I the only person who didn't clue into this?
  21. This would certainly debunk the theory that Cade is the one that set her up with Rosengart. We may end up finding out that it was someone completely unexpected.
  22. I'm not sure if I have any other suspects. It just felt like Cade waited a long time...Maybe too long for it to be genuine? Also, I honestly didn't know that Cade was her CAA agent...I knew he was her friend, but never knew he was part of the "inner circle" with Jamie, Larry Rudolph, Jeff Raymond, Lou Taylor, and whoever else would attend the "Thursday meetings." That really changes my outlook on him.
  23. Cade waited. It was trendy way before Cade said a word.
  24. Can someone please post the link? It won't display in my location.
