  1. Yep! It fits the timeline exactly: Jan. 21, 2008 - Britney sits for a deposition at the offices of Mark Vincent Kaplan. Jan. 25, 2008 - Britney visits Dr. Deborah Nadel for the first time after the family court forces her to undergo a psychological evaluation. Jan. 28, 2008 - Lynne and Jamie Spears arrive at Britney's house in separate cars at around 10 pm after hearing Britney and Sam Lutfi were fighting and that Britney was crying. "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdol and Seroquel. He told us that he puts them in her food that that was the reason she had been quiet for the last three days (she had been sleeping.) He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain." Jan. 30, 2008 - Paparazzi agency X17 reports that there has been a suicide attempt. Britney is alone at the house with Sam Lutfi, until he contacts Lynne Spears and requests her to come over. The police and ambulance arrive and take her to the Neuro Psychiatric Institute at UCLA ("NPI"). Britney's hospitalization is ordered on the recommendation of Dr. Deborah Nadel. LAPD helicopters circle overhead in a tightly-orchestrated effort to ensure Britney doesn't escape from her home before police can obtain a warrant to enter. Jan. 31, 2008 - In the early morning hours, Britney is placed on a second "5150" hold. According to Lynne Spears, Britney tells her doctor that she has been taking Adderall. Jan. 31, 2008 - Lynne Spears files a declaration to obtain a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, claiming he was drugging Britney.
  2. At the time the dementia box was checked on the form she was coming down from being drugged by Sam Lutfi. So yes, that most certainly could have given Ingham the impression that she had dementia. There really is a thing called "drug-induced dementia." "Drug-induced dementias fall under the broad category of pseudodementias, which differentiates them from dementias associated with degenerative neurologic disorders, as well as under the category of reversible dementias, which implies that the manifestations improve following discontinuation of the offending drug." https://www.medlink.com/articles/drug-induced-dementia Lutfi admitted himself that he crushed her prescription meds and put them in her food...There used to be a video on X17 of him stating it openly. And Adnan is not lying about the Adderall...She tested positive for it in the fall of 2007 during one of the court-ordered drug tests, and Lynne also mentioned it in her declaration against Lutfi. Combine Adderall with crushed Risperdal and Seroquel, and what do you get? Drug-induced dementia...which wears off following the discontinuation of the offending drug.
  3. CNN usually makes kickass documentaries... But I'm not even going to waste my time watching theirs.
  4. Absolutely! It's obvious ELC is a true fan, because she has a much better grasp on the why of all of this compared to the NY Times gang. The NY Times made a better documentary, from a filmmaking perspective...But ELC appears to understand the ins and outs of the story far more. Some of the threads about Lutfi:
  5. "Britney vs. Spears" is not a well-made film...It's clear the director was too close to the subject. However... The Netflix doc interviewed or mentioned all the key players...which the NY Times failed to do. The Netflix doc barely paid "the movement" dust...Which made me chuckle, because that's exactly how I feel towards all of the faux Twitter celebs anyway. Unfortunately, these filmmakers have to walk a tightrope right now to avoid being sued...Give it a year, and we'll get a "Part 2" from Netflix and a "Part 3" from the NY Times...And that's when the gloves will really come off. If ELC was to re-edit her film a year from now it could look like a completely different movie.
  6. I'm watching the Netflix doc right now and am seeing snippets of stock footage included that I swear users here were looking for several weeks ago...A particular snippet of Lou and Jamie together in a vehicle popped out at me. @Jordan Miller have you been helping the filmmakers source stock footage?
  7. She's was dating Adnan in mid-2008...He was brought back in so they could persuade her to film FTR.
  8. I'm 25 minutes into the Netflix doc...Now this is how the story actually played out in 2007! Brilliant to include Adnan. Brilliant to include Lutfi (because he's going to make a re-appearance when they make a Part 2, trust me!) Brilliant to include MVK. It's obvious this doc was made by a true fan.
  9. I've been producing my own documentary about another topic for the past 18 years and all of my own time, money, and energy goes into that (so far)...So yes, unfortunately, I'm a poor puta. When the time is right, I'd sure love to land a nice NY Times or Netflix production deal, though!
  10. I'm only five minutes into the Netflix doc... But I already like the NY Times version better from a filmmaking perspective. The camera work, editing, stock footage choices, and musical score for the NY Times doc is simply more emotionally powerful.
  11. I'm also a poor puta. If anyone can send me a download link it would be very much appreciated.
  12. Does anyone have a download link? I've been using my friend's ex's Netflix account for years and she finally changed the password.
  13. Lou and JL wouldn't have had an opportunity to get their hands on any of the SJB Revocable Trust if it wasn't for Bryan abdicating his duty as Trustee.
  14. Yes, but back then it was referred to as the "nanny." "The family nanny overheard Britney talking to Adnan Ghalib on a pre-paid phone in the wee hours of the morning one day recently, however." https://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2009/02/britney-spears-secretly-calls-adnan-ghalib-on-pre-paid-phone-jam/
  15. So no mention yet of Larry Rudolph, Bryan Spears, or Sam Lutfi? There must be a Part III in the pipe...Because these three hold the secrets.
  16. I'm only half way through "Part II" but... Are they going to mention the most sinister force of them all? Larry Rudolph.
  17. The lawyers are going to be the next to jump ship and throw Jamie under the bus. That leaves...Judge Penny.
  18. Jamie has relied on the advice of his lawyers and on the permission of the court. I can't wait to see how this goes.
  19. It's been discussed. Jamie's personal LLC called "Atara Tours" was responsible for delivering Britney onto the stage...It was Atara Tours that would have been sued by the insurance companies. Andrew Wallet was the Treasurer. While Britney was still in the facility, she was made the President of Atara Tours...Meanwhile, her name was not added to any other LLC apart from Atara Tours. Jamie and Wallet, along with Lou M. Taylor knew exactly what they were doing.
  20. Absolutely! We know that Sam Lutfi likely has dirt on Lynne...So Jamie would have that same dirt. The same goes for Ingham...He was complicit in helping to launch the conservatorship, so once he was in they were able to control him, too.
