The only thing they said that had truth was that you shouldn't try to rationalize with a mentally unstable person. 9/10 times you will lose is so true

Mentally ill people should be understood and treated with empathy.

They feel things differently, their reality is different because of trauma or mental illness.

Britney says she has abandonment issues, such trauma can cause a behavior that other people might find irrational or exaggerated.

People who have eating disorders or social phobia will have a hard time eating food or meeting people. To us it doesn't seem logical, but for them the pain is very real.

So yeah, empathy is the way to deal with this, and not control or shame :)

You clearly know nothing about this case.

    1) Jamie has totally ruined her fortune. She earned at least $300 million since 2008, yet her net worth is only $60 million in 2021.

    2) Britney is not well because she has been abused, gaslighted and exploited for 13 years. They forced to perform against her will. They punished her when she refused to cooperate. Is this how you treat a supposedly vulnerable person ? NO. A conservatorship should NEVER be used to force someone to work.

    3) Mental health issues are not an excuse to take away someone's rights. Millions of people have mental health issues. Millions of people have it worse than Britney. She clearly has some trauma, but she is not suicidal. I have several friends who are suicidal. Is this a reason to force them into a conservatorship ? NO. You offert them support and help, but at the end of the day, grown up adults have the right to ruin their life. End of.

    4) If Britney was SO ill back in 2008...Why the f-ck did they push her back into the music industry, just months after her breakdown ? Why was she already back on a freakin world tour in 2009 ?  The truth is, they KNEW she was well enough to handle such pressure. The conservatorship has always been about money and pushing her to perform. They couldn't care less about her mental health.

    5) Her court documents clearly state that no medical declaration was ever filed to justify the conservatorship. She is under a VOLUNTARY conservatorship, which doesn't require any medical diagnosis or justification. That pretty much says it all. She wasn't ill enough to put her under an Involuntary conservatorship.

Still no answer to this @xthatwhiteguyx :reductive_madonna_mdna_tea_coffee_cup_sips_sipping_drink_spill:

Well where did you get the screenshot from? An instagram page? Twitter? Why don't you ask them instead of posting it here, and and shutting down everyone who doesn't answer your question? :idgi_dont_get_it_how_confused_what_hmm_umm_thinking:

I asked that person and I got no answer. It's a random account on Twitter.

People come after me as If I want to start a debate about her mental health, but that's not the point of this thread.

Why are we even talking about her mental health? Are u all doctors? No. Thats her business. Mental illness isnt something to be ashamed of, but  people can Live a normal live without the conservatorship

    let Britney have privacy!

Again, this is not the purpose of this thread. We know she was in distress in 2008 anyway.

I want to know where does this document comes from, what's the year, & who leaked it.

I think it’s safe to say that any of us would be under severe mental and emotional distress if we were placed under a conservatorship and monitored 24/7. The entire conservatorship system is a self fulfilling prophecy, because if you werent mentally damaged before it then chances are you will be once the system is done with you and has taken everything you ever owned.

Ok but you didn't really answer my question :selenerz_selena_crying_tears_sad:

I feel like something happened between Jamie and the replacement...in Jamie's docs it mentioned there needs to be a replacement plan which I was confused by because Rosengart had a plan...shortly after that Rubin's mother became a story and now this...Jamie really is dirty...

This. I'm starting to think that Jamie threatened him. He didn't quit just because of that article.

Whoa. I feel very conflicted about this. Either we dodged a bullet or lost a valuable asset. We’ll probably never know.

If he was indeed a valuable asset...

Is it possible take maybe Jamie and his lawyers threatened him ?

I don't believe he is giving up this case just because of that article.  There has to be something else that we don’t know

Jason’s appointment would give him “the power and authorization to pursue opportunities related to professional commitments and activities including but not limited to performing, recording, videos, tours, TV shows, and other similar activities as long as they are approved by the conservator of the person [and] the conservatee’s medical team.” What about the conservatee (Britney) 🤔

It's scary how much they own her, and she has no say in her career.

Yes but also... he did try and put his mom in a conservatorship when she did not want to be in one, nor did his brother approve of this (who was named the power of attorney by the mother). And now he may step in and control Britney's estate? Kind of alarming to me. He has a history of trying to put someone in a conservatorship. Britney has stated she does not want to be in one. I like Rosengart but this definitely caught my attention.

Do you think Rosengart might have been hired for damage control ?

Shut down public outrage by removing Jamie... but keep control over Britney's fortune and cover up the court

    Sorry for my paranoia :beyfedup_beyonce_sunglasses_fed_up_annoyed_ok_wow_smh:
