  1. Me at this whole thread:
  2. Just when I thought I couldn't like you even more! At the end of the day it's still Black people's business on their reaction to this type of subject whether they don't care if he's wearing one, if they're fine with it, if they are annoyed with it, etc. I wish non-Black and non-U.S. Exhalers or any Exhaler who isn't being affected by this would stop commenting about their unasked thoughts about cultural appropriation regarding (U.S.) Black people and dictating the stance of it like let Black people and those affected speak. Good luck trying to get Exhalers (especially White Exhalers and I know they don't wanna hear this 'cause they don't get it) to understand
  3. This has it's own event on Twitter now aka trending https://twitter.com/i/events/1389670948081647620
  4. I'm aware that there are many people flying hence why I said "even though many U.S. citizens are known to be reckless regarding traveling during the pandemic [for non-essential purposes]" but the point of my comment was me surprised that the user is sounding surprised there are ALSO many people who wouldn't be flying at this time during the pandemic (not to mention travel bans in some places). Does that make sense?
  5. Really? It doesn't seem like it at least on my results
  6. The pandemic began around March in the U.S. last year and there are still many people not yet vaccinated. Even though many U.S. citizens are known to be reckless regarding traveling during the pandemic you can't actually be surprised a large majority haven't flown during the pandemic especially when traveling/flying was discouraged/frown upon by many during the pandemic for non-essential things right?
  7. As an LM it was so embarrassing when I heard that apparently the Zero Tolerance Policy happened because of a LM being racist. I also think regarding Black artists it's like they have this preconceived notion that all Black artists do rap so they just ignore immediately when they see a Black artist. Willow Smith's rock work received unfavorable comments on ATRL but if this was someone non-Black like Olivia (I love her too though) they would be praising her. A music forum with no racist QAnon Trumpsters would be great so if your forum ever comes into fruition do let me know!
  8. As someone who is very busy is this worth the watch? The reception here seems mixed and I also don't care to see Perez
  9. Do you by any chance have evidence or how do you know this?
  10. It's been said that Prince was actually a homophobe/homophobic adjadlkfhaslfhs https://www.google.com/search?q=prince+homophobic+&ei=-6qNYK2pCeyw5NoP-c2E2AU&oq=prince+homophobic+&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EAxQAFgAYK8PaABwAHgAgAEAiAEAkgEAmAEAqgEHZ3dzLXdpeg&sclient=gws-wiz&ved=0ahUKEwjtktvxmqnwAhVsGFkFHfkmAVsQ4dUDCA4&uact=5
  11. Rosé (one of the four members in BLACKPINK) praised Britney Spears for using her group's BLACKPINK's song "How You Like That”! Britney Spears just used Blackpink’s “How You Like That” in one of her Instagram posts. Have you seen it? No, I haven't seen that. What?! [Pulls out her phone to look.] Oh my gosh! How did I not know this? Oh my gosh! This is so cute! I didn't see this. That's crazy. She's such an icon. I grew up listening and watching her videos. That is crazy. That excites me a lot. She's like the coolest person ever. Oh my gosh. I'm going to watch that later on before I sleep. https://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop/9563253/blackpink-rose-on-the-ground-gone-solo-interview/ Her new debut solo single debuted at #70 on the Hot 100!
  12. @Alexanda @mythology Don't even bother, they're the same disgusting user/poster who made this comment:
  13. Yeah I don't think "cultural differences" is the best word especially when you have a lot of Asian countries being colorist/racist for example. I know many countries have other issues they're more worried about but sometimes I really wish they wouldn't go out of their way to devalue things like BLM or racism and sweep it under the rug (although I know the thing about U.S. people not caring about worldwide issues so it could be hypocritical to some if that makes sense) :/
  14. ATRL gives me a headache so I don't bother commenting. GGD is not better especially after the exodus (most went to popa911.com due to racism) but what I will say is that sensitivity at least exists over there to an extent. Many will say people are over sensitive and it doesn't help there are more White LMs but at least there are arguments in social/racial issue threads or people getting called out over there. A thread on Exhale could often be 10 discriminatory comments and only 2 people fighting against those comments while on GGD it will more likely be 2 discriminatory comments and 8 people dealing with it or to put it simply, I feel like I would have someone to back me up as a POC over there than here. I don't see there to be enough users on Exhale outside of Britney threads that would be willing to bother calling out messy stuff and when you have so many Tr*mpsters on this site, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to deal with them! It's really interesting some of these peeps complain about censorship yet there are a bunch of them who spout such ridiculous discriminatory comments that wouldn't survive on other forums. Also the fact that one of the most biggest accounts in the #FreeBritney movement last year when BLM (was still in the news in June 2020) tweeted this is truly a pain to look at. They eventually provided resources on their Twitter this year but these types of mentality from the Army will always be a pain:
  15. I hate it when non-US citizens say stuff like "Racism is a US problem" or "Why is the US so obsessed with race?" like often the people who make those types of comments clearly are not educated nor have had the experience of a marginalized person in the U.S. but not only that, they don't realize that a lot of their own countries don't even bother to confront racism and would rather sweep it under the surface. At least enough U.S. citizens care enough to make a big deal about fighting racism, please tell me if making comments like "Why is the US so obsessed with race?" is exactly fighting racism? They'll make those type of comments then turn around and say something racist. Of course I try to give the benefit of doubt about cultural differences but I think you get what I mean. @OCBoy1985 I know it's legit so unfair how our fanbase has to have these certain people. I don't know how people who are fans of Britney, a person that went through so much, would be able to express such type of hatred. Out of all of the pop forums I've been on, Exhale, the biggest Britney forum I know, is if not the most annoying culprit when it comes to White people (and I'm not talking about specific White people from marginalized groups y'all know exactly what type of White people in the U.S. I'm talking about) and racism. Every time a discussion about racism and Black people in the U.S. gets brought up some White person just has to chime in and talk about White people discrimination. Not trying to invalidate experiences but y'all legit don't get how people from marginalized groups and Black people in the U.S. feel or experience and it's so annoying constantly going on Exhale hearing White people try to make the convo like "BuT WhAt AbOuT rAciSm tOwaRd WhItE PeOplE?!" or "BuT BlAcK pEopLe Can BE RaCiSt". Unless you're from a country or region where White people receive such issue, y'all don't have the same type of oppression in terms of specifically of race in U.S. society and no, going to a Black restaurant and getting treated unfairly there in the U.S. is not the same as the racism and oppression Black people and marginalized groups actually face. Don't even get me started on how Black people and those from marginalized groups get called racist just because they're angry at White people when it's cause of U.S.'s history but clearly a bunch of Exhalers don't seem to get that plight and be like "BuT iT's In tHe PaSt". It gets worse when White Exhalers talk about how White people were also slaves meaning their ancestors were also slaves and that China also has slaves like it's so infuriating as a POC having to explain to these people that it has nothing to do with Black people in the U.S.! Here's a T*kT*k I found that kind of explains: https://www.tiktok.com/@jwilliamj/video/6943018937932074246?lang=en&is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1
  16. Omg so happy to hear this! I thought they were gonna move onto a new era and let this song go to waste. Glad to hear it's gonna get the single treatment!
  17. A lot of BLACKPINK songs follow this formula but in case you haven't heard yet you could try Kill This Love! Here's some non-BLACKPINK songs that may or may not be similar to an extent:
  18. COLUMBUS—A Columbus police officer shot and killed a Black teenage girl on Tuesday afternoon just as a guilty verdict was being handed down in the Derek Chauvin murder case, a family member said. The shooting victim has not been officially identified, but was named as 15-year-old Makiyah Bryant by a relative early Tuesday evening. .. According to Bryant, Makiyah called the police because someone in her house was abusing her. She went on to say that police saw a knife on the ground near Makiyah and shot the teenager four times. A woman identified as Tay Jones wrote on Facebook that she had witnessed the shooting and posted video purportedly from the scene. She said the 15-year-old had a knife “because somebody tried to jump her.” The white police officer who shot her never told her to put down the knife, according to Jones. The teen was transported to a nearby hospital, Mount Carmel East, where she succumbed to the injuries sustained in the shooting, local station NBC 4 reported. A cop saying "Blue Lives Matter" oh my god
  19. What's great about this is that it got posted even almost a year after 2020's BLM uprising and her post meaning she does actually care and not as a trend if you get what I mean!
  21. Hold up! How did this Twitter user see the pic beforehand? Regardless of if Sean had shared it on his Insta, @Jordan Miller this is the same Twitter user who was partially "harassing" you or being annoying on Twitter regarding you teasing unreleased Britney music! What a hypocritical attention seeking ***hole to have a lot of hatred to come after you stubbornly when you apologized because now they're the ones teasing a Britney picture:
