  1. This weekend I watched the A Star is Born JV (Judy’s Version 😜) and I was completely blown away I felt like A Star is Born SV (Stephanie’s Version) was cute and it had all the right elements, yet something was missing. To me, Judy comes across as a genuine person who’s spirit shines in her music (Like Brit) and it just takes the whole experience to another level. She may not have the best range but the E•MO•TION is what makes her amazing. I think there is this weird thing where Judy represents a modern celeb (someone who you feel like you know through vulnerability and not gimmicks) and Stephanie is more like the old Hollywood celeb where they are fake, go to a press junket and cry about whatever your team tells you to cry about (Joanne/ BTW for example) and then move onto something new when there’s a new cash grab to take place. I just feel like Stephanie and Judy should have swapped generations. Someone like Stephanie would make more sense in the 50’s, and someone like Judy would make more sense for today. I don’t mean to be a hater, but I just find Stephanie to be so fake and such an opportunist that I still have no idea who she is and I have been following her career for 10+ years, so with that said the Judy version is way better because she’s a real person x

Before the announcement, Lady Gaga was the only contender in Best Lead Actress to score a nomination in every pre-cursor. She was the one and only frontrunner after the BAFTA nominations. That was definitely the biggest snub of the day for me. With the nominations of every precursor revealed, the Oscar Nominations are going to be announced in 4 days. The Oscar contenders this year include some of the biggest pop stars, such as Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Alana Haim, Ariana Grande and Beyoncé. Here is what I predict for the main categories. Best Picture 1. The Power of the Dog 2. Belfast 3. Licorice Pizza 4. Dune 5. Don't Look Up 6. West Side Story 7. King Richard 8. CODA 9. Tick, Tick... Boom! 10. Drive My Car Potential Spoilers: The Tragedy of Macbeth, Nightmare Alley, and Being the Ricardos Best Actor 1. Will Smith (King Richard) 2. Benedict Cumberbatch (The Power of the Dog) 3. Andrew Garfield (tick, tick... Boom!) 4. Denzel Washington (The Tragedy of Macbeth) 5. Leonardo DiCaprio (Don't Look Up) Potential Spoiler: Javier Bardem (Being the Ricardos) Best Actress 1. Lady Gaga (House of Gucci) 2. Olivia Colman (The Lost Daughter) 3. Nicole Kidman (Being the Ricardos) 4. Alana Haim (Licorice Pizza) 5. Jessica Chastain (The Eyes of Tammy Faye) Potential Spoiler: Kristen Stewart (Spencer), Renate Reinsve (The Worst Person in the World), Jennifer Hudson (Respect), Penelope Cruz (Parallel Mothers) Best Supporting Actor 1. 3. TABS! Nicole Kidman, Olivia Colman, Kristen Stewart and Jessica Chastain didn't make the cut Thoughts, Exhale?!
  4. On February 1st, 2014, Lady Gaga attended the seventh concert of Britney's Las Vegas residency, Britney: Piece of Me. At 6:49 Gaga tweeted to be on her way to see the show, to which Britney replied by asking her to meet her backstage before the show started. At the end of the show, Lady Gaga tossed some flowers on stage before leaving and Britney blew her a kiss. Gaga also revealed James Spears gave them homemade BBQ #Iconic #FreakLikeMe
  5. The two A-list stars take on Variety Magazine’s #ActorsOnActors cover story. “I’ve never held anyone like this,” Jake Gyllenhaal says as he wrapped his arm around Lady Gaga’s waist, as a small group of handlers coo their approval. “Mommy and Daddy love each other,” Gaga says. “Good job, honey.” Lady Gaga also took this opportunity to profess her love of Donnie Darko to the film’s star himself. “I don’t want to lie and tell you I haven’t seen it so many times,” she told Jake Gyllenhaal. “That just made my day,” he replied. Lady Gaga says: "I wanted to be an actress before I wanted to be a singer. I would actually say playing a character for me is like living one long song." They bond over films, social justice issues, their bodies of work, and getting lost in past acting roles they have portrayed. Video clips of the interview, courtesy of Variety Magazine and Amazon Prime:
  6. There's been a lot of talk about ARTPOP recently. Little Monsters are campaigning for Gaga to release a sequel. She actually addressed the chatter recently. The movement gained so much momentum that the record hit #1 on iTunes worldwide. Vulture wrote an article about it and suggests the album would probably win a Grammy in 2021. I have to stan and agree, however I'm wondering if you agree? Do you think ARTPOP was ahead of it's time (like Bionic )? Or should we leave it in 2013. Thoughts, Exhale? Related:
  7. I heard it on radio the other day after not hearing it for a long while and remember telling myself oh yeah I forgot Gaga released this song. Anybody else feel the same way?
  8. Let me preface this by saying I am not trying to be shady. I was driving to work this morning and the radio station played Poker Face. The host then said “what happened to Lady Gaga’s pop career?” And it got me thinking the same thing. Im a Britney stan and she will always be my #1, BUT, in my opinion, the label put a huge budget behind FF because they thought that was the last time she would rule the charts. Let me explain (I don’t agree with it), unfortunately in pop music, these artists have a shelf life for relevancy. I remember Pink said something along the lines of radio won’t play anyone over 35. So, with that being said, I feel like the label put everything into FF for that reason, and it paid off because the album was a success. I feel like LG’s label attempted to do that with Chromatica, but let’s be real, aside from 🌧 on me, the album was a flop. The third single didn’t even CHART! And I personally believe the only reason rain on me was a hit was because of Ari (but that’s an entirely different issue). So, where does LG go from here? I truly don’t think she’ll have another successful pop album, and maybe that’s why she’s focused on other things. And once again this is not shade, I enjoyed 🌧 on me, and I was an LG stan up until BTW.
  9. Word on the street is Gaga and Bradley Cooper are teaming up again
  10. Many of you know about the scrapped album “Artpop Act II”. For those who don’t know, here’s a video about it: Brooklyn Nights could’ve been on that album and I think that if it was a first single of the scrapped album, it could’ve been a hit, even maybe a #1 hit. Also Princess Die is rumoured to be on the album. Do you think that Artpop Act II could’ve been more successful than the original Artpop if it was released. Also in sales and charts, how do you think it would’ve done.
  11. Just a little project - more Britney to come of course and also taking requests. Wether you understand NFT or not, a follow on Instagram or a like on OpenSea would be massively appreciated https://opensea.io/collection/poppaxx
  12. I can't with Gaga Britney loves Lady Gaga clearly and it low key baffles me that Gaga doesn't follow Britney on Instagram, especially after Britney praising her on IG. It is weird Britney dragged Legend X for not speaking out and Gaga did, so why wouldn't Gaga follow her? It seems strange. I know some of y'all are gonna say "artists don't need to follow each other" or some BS but I legit am wondering why Gaga doesn't follow her? Is Gaga not in "control" of her IG? Do we need to #FreeGaga?!
  13. In 2009 to promote Her Grammy winning best dance recording track poker Face, gaga did a marketing ploy saying it's about her Bi***uality.. So for awhile it was believed she was one of us, however in a 2017 Rupaul's drag race appearance. She says she is straight but an ally . Some people called her out on her lying she represented us when she used the community to actually get more support instead of being the flash in the pan that many Music critics at the time declared her to be. In 2021, she basically clarified once more while she supports us, she doesn't represent us and says we technically don't need representation anymore these days.
  14. As the year is about to end [Two Tigers] has released a new music. [Gratitude] in Appriciation for gift of life and everyone support the goals from day ONE. Released 17/12/2021 Stream Gratitude
  15. So who was the top dance electronic artist. ..well for the second consecutive year it was none other than Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta aka Lady Gaga. And she claims the top two dance electronic albums. Last years number one dance album Chromatica is number two. And thanks to a massive reissue with songs by prominent LGBT icons or artists like Big Freedia (Judas), Kylie minogue (One of the most acclaimed cuts Marry the Night [watch me walk like gaga, needs to be embraced when the clubs open up again!!!]) And of course the critics favorite of the covers The Edge of glory By Years and Years. Born this way number 12. So which gaga album was the number one dance album, The Fame. The Fame despite being released in 2008, is not only her most successful album in the states, it's the longest running number one dance album with a little close to 200 weeks at the pole position of the Billboard dance electronic albums chart.. The fame was the album we fell in love for the girl that made dance Music mainstream and forced acts like Britney spears, Christina Aguilera, to change to the new mainstream sound. Even urban acts like Rihanna, Usher and Pitbull changed their sound to match the current trends in pop Music even Katy Perry changed from Van's warped girl rock chick to a disco diva thanks to gaga, from 2009 to 2013 Dance pop was the pop Music the masses craved until A little album called Bangerz By Miley cyrus and Billboard slowly embracing streaming saw the return of hip hop and R&B, after many thought was a dying genre, it wasn't. That was the first genre that moved to spotify and embrace the future when it was being denied. Spotify was first introduced in the US in 2011, it wasn't until 2014 that Billboard acknowledged this was something that couldn't be stopped and it ended the reign of pop last true big era headed by lady gaga in the first half of the 2010s . Congrats gaga. The queen of dance pop this century. @Jordan Miller
  16. TABS! Gaga did that HoG even beat out Disney's Encanto
  17. Lady Gaga shared a harrowing part of her past during her new interview with Oprah. Gaga participated in a new docu-series titled The Me You Can't See, out on Apple TV+ on May 21st. Gaga reveals she became pregnant after being r***ed at 19-years-old. "Years later I went to the hospital, they brought a psychiatrist in and I said, 'Bring me a real doctor.' I said, 'Why is there a psych here, I can't feel my body.' I felt full-on pain, then I went numb," she said. "And then, I was sick for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks after and I realized that it was the same pain I felt when the person who **** me dropped me off pregnant on the corner [outside] my parents' house, because I was vomiting, and sick. 'Cause I'd been being abused. I was locked away in a studio for months." That is so horrible. Legit feel super sad for her. She's so brave.
  18. While unlike 2020's Chromatica.. The second and final studio album By Tony Bennett and Lady gaga, is actually going into heavy promo campaign, given that the album recieved 6 nominations for next year's Grammys including album of the year, it's no surprise that MTV and paramount+ will actually be the official campaign to Grammy win.. CBS aired tonight one night only Tony Bennett and Lady gaga (will be available to stream tomorrow of ViacomCBS platform Paramount plus), and in a relaunch to focus on Music entertainment, MTV will air an unplugged concert (Tony Bennett did one back in the 90s, and that live album actually did indeed win the coveted album of the year at the 1996 telecast), if that's not all in January exclusively to Paramount+ is a documentary appropriately titled The lady and the legend. It's actually no surprise that the promotion is in huge overdrive given the surprising 6 nominations including the shocking record of the year and Album of the year. @Jordan Miller there is more gaga coming your way thanks to MTV and paramount+
  19. Hey Exhale, I saw House of Gucci last night and loved it. I know the film is receiving mixed reviews, but personally I thought Gaga did an awesome job. The storyline moves at a pretty quick pace, but that's because there's a lot that unfolded between the time Patrizia and Maurizio met to his demise. Have YOU seen it?
