Hello everyone! Guess who's back. Exhale's favorite legacy fad legend, iktr! Well, it's FINALLY here! Welcome to Round FIVE of Female Artists of the 21st Century: YEAR 2004 EDITION! For all the newbies of Exhale, how exactly does this game work? It's simple! What I have done is gathered the 20 biggest female artists from each pertaining year, according to Google Trends. Next to each artist will include their most commercially successful single from that respective year. For example, 'Toxic' was Britney Spears' most commercially successful single in the year 2004, therefore 'Everytime' and 'My Prerogative' will be omitted. BUT... Before we begin, let's tally in the votes for Round 4 so without further ado, here's your Top 5 tracks from the year 2003 as voted by you all! So now that the Top 5 of 2003 has been revealed, let's dive into 2004! Remember to vote for YOUR personal favorite song and if for whatever reason, you haven't heard a song that's featured on the list, feel free to give it a listen as I will link them in the spoilers below. Let's begin! Alanis Morissette: BIGGEST HIT - Everything Alicia Keys: BIGGEST HIT: If I Ain't Got You Anastacia: BIGGEST HIT - Left Outside Alone Ashlee Simpson: BIGGEST HIT - Pieces Of Me Avril Lavigne: BIGGEST HIT - My Happy Ending Beyoncé: BIGGEST HIT - Naughty Girl Björk: BIGGEST HIT - Who Is It Britney Spears: BIGGEST HIT - Toxic [BIGGEST FEMALE ARTIST] Celine Dion: BIGGEST HIT - Et Je T'aime Encore Christina Aguilera: BIGGEST HIT - The Voice Within Dido: BIGGEST HIT - Life For Rent Hilary Duff: BIGGEST HIT - Come Clean Janet Jackson: BIGGEST HIT - All Nite (Don't Stop) Jessica Simpson: BIGGEST HIT - Take My Breath Away JoJo: BIGGEST HIT - Leave (Get Out) Kylie Minogue: BIGGEST HIT - Red Blooded Woman Lindsay Lohan: BIGGEST HIT - Rumors [BREAKOUT FEMALE ARTIST] Madonna: BIGGEST HIT - Love Profusion Norah Jones: BIGGEST HIT - Sunrise Shania Twain: BIGGEST HIT - Party For Two AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, an honorable mention to the artists who barely missed the Top 20 : Remember, multiple votes ARE allowed. Hi I came back from being chronically offline with possibly one of the hottest stupidest takes about Britney's discography... and that's coming from the same guy who claims that Femme Fatale is better than Blackout (it is though imo). Britney Jean isn't that bad. As in, the songs, in my opinion. - Alien is one of Britney's best, if it wasn't for that audio glitch... Personal! - Work B is one of my favorite lead singles for a Britney album. - Perfume's lyrically kinda clunky (and I try to act "natral") but it's listenable. Personal! - Tik Tik Boom is sonically great but lyrically not that good specially towards the T.I. verse. - It Should Be Easy is a BANGER and I love what they do with the distortion of Britney's voice there. - Til' It's Gone should've been a single. Personal! - Body Ache is good but the drop feels like one of those bad royalty-free songs people would put over let's play videos. - Passenger is really good but that's expected of something penned by Katy Perry and Sia. Personal! - Chillin' With You should be put in depths of hell where it deserves. - Don't Cry reminds me of her older work with BOMT and OIDIA, in a good way. She sounds AMAZING here too! Personal! Britney Jean isn't a perfect album in any way, but it's not the monstruously awful work I thought it was. I swear if it wasn't for Myah Marie and the album promoting it as her most personal album y'all and the GP would've ate it up. We don't talk about the deluxe tracks though. What do you guys think? What are your favorite tracks from that album? Mine are Alien, Work B and Don't Cry :D

I have been saying based on the evidence that Britney recorded this song! Today it has been confirmed and it is on video. The video doesn’t belong to me so I will only post it if I get permission. But Britney in fact recorded Tear The Club Up for Femme Fatale!! K. Briscoe - Tear The Club Up (Britney Spears Demo) [Femme Fatale Demo]

Hey, I've been a fan from the very beginning, so I experienced the first hype around 1990 and the 2000s around Britney. At that time, many copycats were springing up. Especially here in Germany. So I would like to know from you whether there were also many copycats of Britney outside of the US, most of whom had their success because of her. The first copycat I can remember is Juliette with "Unstoppable". Her whole style and the sound of the song are very reminiscent of Britney ... especially OIDIA.... Juliette wasn't very successful with it. I think it was because she couldn't dance very well and her voice was a bit too jazzy and classical. The next one I remember is Jeanette Bidermann. She was called the German Britney Spears ... outrageous ... The video is also very reminiscent of OIDIA ... unfortunately she couldn't dance as well ... The following group is called NO ANGELS. They were very successful here ... The first casting band in Germany. Here they copy the sound and the dance style ... especially the chair dance ... Last but not least, Helene Fischer. She is the German superstar. In this video she steals a lot from Britney ... can you guess what? Now I am curious about your copycats ... ;

Hi you guys, I wanted to make a new thread today and this is it. One of my fave things about Britney's songs is that they always have a catchy and memorable instrumental. You can tell its a Britney song based on the instrumental. There are so many that are great but I'd say my favorites are: 1. Gimme More 2. BOMT 3. (You Drive Me) Crazy: The Stop Remix 4. Stronger 5. Oops I Did It Again 6. Toxic 7. I'm A Slave 4 U 8. Hold It Against Me 9. Sometimes 10. Womanizer Now tell me what are your favorite Britney instrumentals?

There was already a game similar to that on Exhale, but it featured released songs. Clearly, it's too easy for fans. So, let's create a version exclusively for unreleased songs. The rules are simple: you guess the song, then add lyrics from an unreleased song for another person to guess, and that process continues I will start... My body’s a temple. I’ll choose who worships it

This is like the M+M's tour but longer and better. Setlist: Get Back Do Somethin' I Got A Plan Hot As Ice - Interlude - ...Baby One More Time / Slave 4 U - Medley (M+M's Remixes) The Hook Up Outrageous Piece Of Me - Interlude - Break The Ice Radar Toy Soldier Freakshow Ooh Ooh Baby - Interlude - Perfect Lover Breathe On Me Toxic Gimme More (with a church setting like the album pictures) Only Britney and ITZ songs match this theme, I added BOMT because it needs to be on there.
