  1. I was expecting to see some great discussions in this thread and instead like 90% of the replies are petty insults smh Anyways, yes I would say All That She Wants is arguably her most personal song. She calls out her mother, father, and (ex) husband, talks about familial generational trauma, breaking chains of abuse… these are topics that have never appeared in any other Britney song (at least out of the ones that were released/leaked). Even the chorus takes on a new meaning and seems to imply that Britney only needs her kids/babies and no one else. It’s a very complex song that’s ripe for discussion, it’s a shame what this thread devolved into.
  2. 911 would’ve fit perfectly on Blackout sonically speaking, but it would’ve been one of the worst tracks. Welcome To Me also would’ve fit with the more sensual songs like Get Naked but it needs a LOT of work. Kiss You All Over sounds too much like a Beyonce/Janet song so I’m glad it wasn’t released.
  3. A lot of the hate stems from the fact that it was re-released on Circus, then released as a single, and THEN flopped into oblivion 💀 I was active on forums back in 2006/7/8 and Radar was always a fan favorite until that whole debacle happened, it soured the song for a lot of people.
  4. Yeah, they had a little fling back then. He ended up bragging about having s** with Britney during an interview and I’m pretty sure that’s why none of his songs made the album 💀 Except Everybody, but even then it was only released as a Japan and digital deluxe bonus track. That is actually fan made, it sounds official tho! I remember someone made it on the old BritneyGalaxy forums. They took the “calm” from “calm down feel the freaking heat” and it sounds a lot like she’s saying “***” 💀
  5. Yeah, it really isn’t the best. She really should’ve chosen a different song. If you’re gonna cover WHITNEY ******* HOUSTON then you better do her justice or you’re gonna sound lackluster. I think the fact that Britney herself even said this demo is bad proves our point. Ultimately I’m not complaining tho. This is one of the holy grails of unreleased Britney material so I’m happy we even get to hear it.
  6. I was finally able to buy a bottle of Curious that comes with those cute little heart keychains 🥰
  7. I’m slowly coming to terms with it. It’s hard since I’ve been stanning this woman since I was 8, but ultimately I just want Britney to be happy. Her last Instagram post was what convinced me that she’s really just done with music and her career in general. Ever since the conservatorship ended Britney has been begging people to listen to her, and I think it’s time for fans to finally acknowledge the truth: Britney says she’s done, she’s done.
  8. Hey sis That’s very possible. I remember reading an interview that The Matrix did a while ago and they mentioned that Britney loved the Shadow demo that they showed her and made a ton of changes to it. I wonder if Britney’s version of Speed Seduction is any different from the Angel Faith demo since it’s… not very good.
  9. Yes, I just found Speed Seduction on that site @Jeremiah was talking about and Britney doesn’t have a co-write on it 😅 I wish we could get some info on Million Reasons, every time I hear that title I think of Gaga!
  10. You’re the ******* bombbbbbbb. I’m guessing Britney co-wrote all the songs she did with The Matrix, she must have really felt a connection while working with them.
  11. Exactly, RCA doesn’t care about a ******* cassette tape rip of a Whitney Houston cover from 1997 At this point we just need to ask Marissa Selena to post the raw tape rip and be done with this whole saga. The fact we were even able to get a proper copy of this grail is an incredible feat in and of itself.
  12. Yeah I’m ngl, I was trying to be optimistic but now I’m getting annoyed too 💀 It’s not even the fact that it’s taking so long, I have no problem waiting for a quality product. But now it seems like they’re having reservations about posting it because they don’t want to get into legal trouble:
  13. We have confirmation that Britney was working with Carole Bayer Sager for both ITZ and Blackout, so it’s anyone’s guess! But definitely it’s another mysterious song, especially with the way it leaked.
  14. It reminds me of Bring Me Home, which Britney talked about in multiple interviews before the Britney album was released saying it’s her favorite song on the album… only for the song to not make it onto the album. And recently we got confirmation that Britney may not have even laid down vocals on that track 💀
  15. All this discourse around Strangest Love is so fascinating to me. It’s definitely one of Britney’s most mysterious unreleased songs along with Rebellion. I can see why fans think it’s either from Circus or ITZ. The production fits the ethereal, sensual vibe of ITZ but her vocals do sound like something straight off of Circus. And now Guy Chambers is denying he was a part of the song? So weird.
