I am a 2nd gen bulgarian in Spain However I really love Brasil and Kosovo/Albania, because their mainstream/urban music scene, which is wild, specially the brasilian one -
Yeah So it was late 2018, and a friend and I found SP on Just Dance, and we really liked the song so we used to play it on JD every other day. A few weeks after (early 2019), I found some songs from my childhood (ttwe and iwg, I am a genz so I remember them being all over the radio when I was a kid), and I saw they were sang by Britney, so then I started to get more invested into her music, and then into her, and well, we all know the ending. This last year or so I haven't been keeping up that much with Britney(she was my #1 artist on lastfm tho) and Breatheheavy, but still, Britney has a very special part in my heart, if it wasn't for her, I could have never started to get more invested into music, charts, and so on -

As some of you may know, I have bulgarian roots and I really enjoy bulgarian music. OK, so one guy, called Denis Teofikov, died yesterday at the age of 21. I have followed him since he debuted back in 2018, and he was part of the music that I have grew up with this recent years. I really liked him and I wanted to see him live, but I never could, and not any longer. As for the reason of his death, his manager and producer were too abusive, causing him depression and an addiction. It is still unknown if he has comitted suicide, but it is thought his death has something to do with the addiction caused by the depression. He was an incredible guy with and incredible voice, maybe you don't understand what he sings, however, I still want you to check his music out -

The song is called "Srecan Put" ("Have a good trip" in English), sang by the serbian artist Breskvica. The song mixes pop, dance and traditional slavic harmonies. Definitely a gem that deserves to go to an international scale. -
