Hello Britney fans! I used to frequent this forum years ago but lost my old credentials, so here I am. I've always been a huge Britney fan, so when I stumbled upon this news at work, I thought I'd share it with all of you. I work in the marketing department for a streaming platform in Warsaw (it's neither Spotify nor Apple Music, just to clarify). A couple of months ago, among the upcoming releases from Sony (which distributes RCA releases here in Poland), I spotted something from Britney Spears titled "Britney 25: The Silver Collection". We didn't receive any more info about it, indicating it's not a major release. I meant to share this with you months ago but forgot, until today when we received an updated list including a title "Britney 25 - One More Time, The Silver Collection". They've slightly changed the title, and the release is scheduled for June. We haven't received any assets yet and usually we get dedicated emails and even meetings from labels for major releases, so I guess this will be a collection for fans or something along those lines. Not sure if you guys are already aware of it, and if you are, sorry for not checking. If not, I hope it excites you. I'll keep you posted should I get more info!

I've always believed that BOMT has never lost its status as Britney's signature song, and there was never a time when any other song replaced it. Even today, I think for most people it still is. Thoughts?

With Britney's Spotify streams massively increasing in 2024, Baby One More Time is breaking its own records. The song is getting over 800k streams a day on Spotify, and over 400k views a day on You Tube As of April 6th, Baby One More Time, the album, has +1,195 billion streams on Spotify. The video will hit 1 billion views this year. When the song hits 800 million, Britney will have 2 songs over 800 million (Toxic and BOMT). Idk about yall but this song was SO POPULAR in my surrounding world at the turn of the new Millennium! It almost went top 10. I remember hearing it everywhere, people at school loved it, it was all over TRL. It was the "slow skaters" song at my local skating rink for months! Why is this song so forgotten??? It even got left off of the GHMP album. Wtf??? What memories do you have of this beautiful bop?

Time has come for another Britney milestone. This time, it's Britney- the album. As it has been gaining around 250-300k streams per day, it's getting closer to 500 million streams on Spotify. This milestone will give Britney 7/9 albums with at least over 500 million streams (Britney Jean and Glory are the only albums excluded) I'm A Slave 4 U remains the most streamed track. As of April 2024, Overprotected (the album version) is yet to hit 100 million mark. The least streamed song is the bonus track- Before The Goodbye. A mini-milestone that should be accomplished this month will be Cinderella hitting 10 million streams. That milestone will give this album 7/15 songs over at least 10 million streams. I went to a party where the DJ was playing The Hook Up and I'm Slave 4 U. The Hook Up was JUST PLAYING when I entered the room, so I was just warming up. And for Slave I couldn't do the complete/full movements of the song because it was really small room and lots of people, however I gave my blood for this lol, that was my moment. It was the peak of the party, for me. Tbh, it was one of the only good moments of the whole night.
