What do you think of Freedom of the Night, the new song by Sophie Ellis-Bextor? This song is the lead single from her upcoming eighth studio album The Invisible Line.

"Following the resurgence of her 2001 song "Murd*r on the Dancefloor", thanks to its appearance in the 2023 film Saltburn, Sophie Ellis-Bextor signed a record deal with Universal Music Group. Her first major-label single in 14 years, "Freedom of the Night", was released under Decca Records. On 20 October 2024, she performed the song live for the first time on the British dance competition programme, Strictly Come Dancing."

I think it's a great, great song. I love Sophie, she's so amazing and she looks so beautiful in this music video.

I've got almost all of her albums, except one. My favourite album is Wanderlust.

I loved mur*** and I was glad it made a comeback because it reminded me when I was in Junior High. 

The song is lovely,.I'm glad she came back. Dua should take notes.

The vocals on Strictly were amazing, but her stage presence was not there, sadly.

It's basically a mur*** on the dancefloor v2 and it's not that bad, something a little catchier in the song is missing though.

I like it, very much her vibe, very retro and disco! But I hope the second single has more fire.

Also I want Heartbreak to have a moment just like MOTD had last summer. Who knows maybe in 2029? lol
