Yeah, kind of. It sounds like a Bloody Mary with a The Cure type of lyrics song.

I don’t think it’s as dark as Born This Way (album) that it was compared to .. she was definitely going for radio friendly (lack of bridge). Maybe it’s a grower.

I like the beat, it’s very reminiscent of her BORN THIS WAY era. It does feel a bit repetitive & “safe,” but I do like the nostalgic elements in the song.

Reminds me of BTW/Artpop rolled into one. Really like this. I’m listening to it on earbuds, but I bet if I hear it on with speakers with good bass it’ll probably go harder than it currently does lol!

Ugh... I just don't think pop is a thing for Gaga anymore since artpop days. The song isn't terrible, but it is very weak as a first single.

I think she should try a rock album.
