The first thing I noticed is that it looks like he is losing his hair or his hairline is receding.

yeah I've seen people on Instagram people getting implants and it actually work

I'm glad I don't have this problem my hair is full

but I wanna know about white hair tho, it's slowly starting on me, I heard B12 shots helps slows it, and Vitamins E, A, K, that's why I'm snacking melon/watermelon/grapes now + COQ10 or Kiwii

You start to lose hair between the age of 20 and 30, I’ve started slowly receding and I’m 26. I also know people who’s hair starting receding at 20. Only 40% of men keep a full head of hair until they die
