Did Sabrina Sample The Divinyls “ I Touch Myself” in “Taste”??

Am I the only one who hears the similarities between these two songs?? Or is it known she sampled “I Touch Myself”?

Omg - I totally hear it! I don’t think it’s a direct sample, but the songs groove and instrumentation is very similar.

Absolutely… I picked up on it the first time I heard it. I honestly hope it’s a nod to The Divinyls!

Who cares 🙄 many many pop songs are samples or inspirations from other songs. Just enjoy the music stop playing who copied who

I never said anyone copied anyone. I was just curious if others picked up on it…. And thought it might’ve been an intentional nod. Wasn’t being negative, actually thought it was a great idea.
