Lead actress should be a newbie and this movie should be her first movie. It’s risky . we fall in love with her when she was fresh, newbie and released never before seen stuff with glooming energy. Lead actress should resemble that.

I love Jodie. Her facial features have some similarities to Britney, but I think her eyes are too strong / angry. This made her perfect as Villainelle in Killing Eve but I’m not sure if she could pull off Britney’s look / vibe / personality

I love Jodie but she can't play Britney...I think they need to hire a new actress, someone that is not famous and not already known for other role.

They need to cast the whole USA, not kidding, until they find someone that resembles Britney aura , smile, charisma. That innocence and se-x*iness she had and a big smile like Marilyn Monroe.

Marisa Abela is british and can be 2007ney, maybe they can do the transition of actress like the director of Lisa and Rosalia new music video did  I’m sure if they want they will pick someone to do the whole movie and adjust everything with good makeup.
