Doing a report on Britney HELP!

Recommended Posts

Hey guys! So I’m in highschool and doing an assignment in Psychology on outrageous celebrities and my teacher has said many people have done Britney and I was hoping to give awareness to Britney’s situation and help people understand. So I need help, what are some topics I should discuss? My teacher provided an example of Micheal Scott from the office and this is what I need it to look like.

These are the psychological topics I need information about Britney on:

Biological: An organism’s function can be explained in terms of the bodily structures and biochemical process that underline behavior (ie if someone has a chemical imbalance or illness)

Social Cultural: Differences in cultures can explain variations of behavior and thinking across cultures.

Cognitive: Memory, thinking and language/ studies how thinking and perspective influences behavior

Humanistic: Focuses on potential for personal growth and the importance of having need for love and acceptance satisfied. Focuses on goals and self actualization

Psychoanalysis: basically if something from your childhood happened that influences your behavior (I already know how to answer this one)

Behavioral: the scientific study of observable behavior (ie. Brady interrupts the teacher and the class laughs, towards the end of the school year the students find Brady’s outbursts rude.

Thanks everyone for the help!!!!

Not a high school assignment on outrageous celebrities and Britney being the topic of the classroom on it.

I couldn’t really think of anyone else and I thought I can maybe bring awareness to her situation and when my teacher said celebrity I immediately thought of Britney cause I’m a fan

The topic is 'Outrageous Celebrities'? That seems very broad.

Would love to get more context on the assignment to help you better!

Edit: Michael Scott is a character from a show, who's known for being cringy — not a celebrity, per se.

Why this make me think of her song outrageous 😂

yesterday on my first day of my junior year my English teacher was talking about how her sons custom furniture was being sold at a store in the Hamptons so he went there and she said you know justin Timberlake the dude that was arrested for the drunk driving? And the class was like yea and she said that her son and his family ate at the restaurant that “overserved” him, it was gold 🤣

I also thought the title was very broad but I have to do the project lol. Also I know that Micheal Scott isn’t a celebrity that’s just the example she proved us. But essentially the topic is based on 7 approaches,

Behavioral: the scientific study of observable behavior (ie. Brady interrupts the teacher and the class laughs, towards the end of the school year the students find Brady’s outbursts rude.
Thank you for all the help!!!!

I still don't understand why your teacher gave Michael Scott as an example, but ok lol

Personally, I think if many people already did Britney, then you should skip that as a subject. But if you want to take a stab at it, you could tie in her outrageousness to the behavior of the paparazzi in the early 2000s

I’m essentially trying to justify her behavior (ie the umbrella was result of k fed not letting her see the kids and the media pressure) I’m trying to spread a deeper and better explanation for what happened.

Ok thank you! I was thinking of talking about shaving her hair, umbrella, and speaking in different accents so I might expand and do media
