Exactly. Especially during this era. If they gave her the award during her prism era it would be more appropriate. But still it would water down the prestige of this award. LEGENDS ONLY please.

Imagine thinking mtv awards can’t be bought. Nothing about mtv is more credible than academic awards. The VMAs is basically just a party. As long as the performances are good people will tune in. Don’t take it too seriously.
