The outcome of People v. Soliz is that Paul Richard Soliz's convictions for dissuading a witness by force or threat and second-degree robbery were upheld by the California Court of Appeal.  The court affirmed his six-year prison sentence but modified the judgment to strike a one-year sentencing enhancement that had been imposed and stayed.  Soliz's other appeals, including challenges to the sufficiency of evidence and alleged instructional errors, were rejected.

Looking back diamond might just have one of the biggest exhale threads of all time diamond was the first to make a thread when the abor**on news came out I think and it has over 1000 replies and like 500 pages, she probably let the fame get to her head and became a hater

NO. The OPPOSITE. The poll is actually meant to celebrate people who have different opinions. I haven't been here that long, but I will say that despite whatever you and I have disagreed on, I still enjoy hearing (or rather reading) your POV. Same with @DiamondCircus.

There should be different options voiced on a forum! And I think we should celebrate that in a cute way. No sarcasm, at all.
