What country are you from? In my country we haven't been able to log in to instagram for a copule of days and we still can't. Youtube and wikipedia were also banned for sometime, that's why I'm asking.

She was in shock! Besides, other fans who were there that day confirmed the rule was not to kiss or hug her—nothing about touching. According to Marta, all she did was gently place her hand on Britney's back for the photo. She also said in an interview that she did not even shake Britney's hand.

But according to Larry Rudolph (who wasn't in the M&G room when the incident took place), Marta touched Britney many times without asking. I guess we'll never fully know, but Marta seems sincere to me.
