I would never understand why she's always favoring Jayden in everything, it's clear he's her favorite. Preston must have felt lesser than since a young age. And it's not that "he's her younger one, the baby" card, there's something about her and Preston.

She almost referred to it in a previous post, not sure what exactly but something like "Forgive me Preston" ... *not sure

Awe, that's gotta be tough. It's the holidays/NYE and she's not with her boys. That's not right. 2024 I really hope there's some meaningful change and they get to mend their relationships. They all deserve that.

Sad they weren't there for her when she was freed, nor her Birthday or any of the holidays.

yeah and they are only 1 year a part, both were always babies around the same year. I think its because Jayden was more needy as a baby, always 'needing' her and later was more extroverted . Like I said once, she's emotionally attached and needy to men but when it comes to her kids and dogs she prefers the needy babies, the ones that needs her and don't seem to understand and love the same independent ones. This is because she has no healthy notions of love of any kind (family, romantic, friends), so she's attached to toxic relationships and I don't think that its just others fault, I believe Brit has her toxic traits too.

I agree. I wonder if it’s possible for her to change that mentality with professional help or it is too late...

I do think her family influenced her more than she thinks. 

She probably never learned to be a mother and she never had a good example. Lynne wanted a friend to drink and smoke and didn’t care that Britney was a kid when she was doing it.

Britney self destruct nature and the men she chooses... probably everything consequences of no notions of real love, I totally agree.

Everybody used Britney and somehow she still keeps around people clearly using her. Deep down she probably normalize the fact nobody cares for her as a person and just want her money and/or fame.

She keeps doing the same mistakes over and over again because she doesn't know what a health relationship is.

This may be quite a lot to intuit from a comparative little, but, even if it were all true, they're about old enough to hold space for any such feelings and move forward in accepting her anyway. Hundreds of millions of parents out there with flaws and foibles on tap for whom their children still hold grace. It can be a strain, a definite strain, but that's life. If the love and intent are as obvious as have been Britney's, I personally think the parent deserves something.

It’s never too late to heal from trauma.  Just don’t expect her to be the same person she was before the trauma.  That **** never really goes away but you learn to live through it instead of avoiding it
