That's how the BBMA's work the winners are based off sales, streams, radio play, charts ect.

Yeah but that's a good thing to have an award show that honors artists, music, songs and tours based on the success of each song, album, tour and project.

Many times fan voted awards don't award the proper artist that actually deserves the award, it turns into a popularity contest not based on the music.
